We were looking for a couple of chairs to replace some Costco chairs that never have been comfortable. We found two that fit our needs and are MUCH more comfortable than the Costco chairs. Lazyboy is a little pricey but the quality and comfort beat the other chairs by a mile! The salesperson stayed with us answering all our questions. Super friendly and helpful staff. We needed a chair to be ordered and delivered to my disabled uncle in Oklahoma the lady got on the phone and the computer and worked to make it happen! Great service! Highly recommended!

We purchased close to 40,000 in furniture from the Prescott store. The salesperson told us that our mattress and adjustable frame bought from another vendor would “ be easily placed in the bed frame at delivery”. We have a large family and entertain a lot so the side of the dining room table is crucial. We were advised that the table we were getting is “ slightly different with round edges but the same size with two leafs” which we were told would come with the tableWe ordered 8 chairs to fit around that table. The table only has one leaf and it’s a very small one that looks more like a kitchen table for 4 people but we now have 8 chairs that can fit around it!. The delivery team also told us that they were not allowed to place our new mattress and frame into the set because it wasn’t purchased from Lazyboy. When I called the store their response was “ I’m so sorry I know how frustrated you are. I wish there was something I could do”. Even after I advised her we flew into the area to receive the furniture and had no other bed to sleep in. I advised her that the delivery team said “ the salespeople always tell customers we can do it when we can’t”. Shocked and feeling grossly mislead by Lazyboy for a sale. Don’t know what we’ll do with this dining table.

The staff at Lazy Boy in Prescott Valley are friendly and very helpful. Jo did a great job of designing the style and layout of our furniture. She's talented and understands color. We've been very happy working with everyone at Lazy Boy.

Tony greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. He asked what we were looking for and then spent a good deal of time with us showing different sofas and chairs based on the information we told him. He drew up a plan of the living area to help us visualize the space. Tony was courteous, friendly and definitely listened to what we were looking for. It was a pleasurable experience and would recommend Lazy Boy for anyone looking for furniture.

I just worked with Tammy at Lazy Boy in Prescott Valley. What an impressive sales person and designer! She helped me pick out a chair to coordinate with a new sectional I had bought somewhere else but had taken pictures of. The pictures also showed my area rug. Just using my pictures and asking me some preference questions, she brought me lots of fabric samples and in no time, she had brought all the elements together in a beautiful way I could never have done! She has a great eye for color and fabric. I bought a nice chair and three custom pillows. I’m so happy right now and can’t wait to get my order. Tammy is a huge asset to the store and I know she’ll always be my “go-to” person for design ideas and purchases in the future. Thank you Tammy!

I looked at competitors but know the quality, workmanship and customer service at Lazy Boy far exceeds all others. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a sofa and loveseat or a sectional because I did not know what would fit in my space. I picked out the Paxton model and they offered lots of choices and configurations but I still wasn’t sure. So I arranged to meet with the sales person and designer in the store and they actually came to my home and brought a good number of samples. When I was stuck, they offered some suggestions. Their visit to my home allowed them to get a feel of my style and color combinations. I didn’t feel pressure but rather I felt support. There were items I already had in my home that I was not planning to replace. The sales person was Tami and the designer was Joe and these women were fabulous. I was spending a lot of money so I wanted to make sure I got what I really wanted and they both made sure of that. I love that lazy boy offers the ability to pick out almost any color and fabric, ensuring that it will go well with my current furnishings.

He even went above and beyond when he noticed my husband had slight difficulty getting up from his sitting position. He suggested a height adjustment in the recliner we picked out. He had a modified lift he was able to attach to the recliner so my husband could check it out. Totally amazed with the ease of getting up from a sitting position when you’re tall. Not only would I recommend this store, but I would also recommend Kevin as a sales associate too. They both get my 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great customer service. Tammy ultimately made a recommendation that was right on the money. She listened to what both I and my husband wanted and found the solution. I am seriously disappointed that it may take up to 9 months to get our furniture, but that's not her fault. Made the whole process quick and easy.
