Went in to buy flowers and a balloon. Nobody was at that area for 15 minutes. Finally got a wonderful produce department employee that didn't have a clue how to work the helium machine, but did her absolute best

I was pleasantly surprised when a young lady working in the meat dept said she would call me the next morning if the chicken came in and would have my order ready; and she did call me!! Customer service is excellent; most unexpected but greatly appreciated!!

There was 4 carts full of food in line at the cashiers. Only one was open. Behind me more people were waiting after 10 minutes they finally called another cashier. Safeway used to be better. Very disappointing

Safeway has many faithful shoppers and is PV's oldest store. Why many shop? Their prices are high, there is no self checkouts, bathrooms are old and small,, and store doesn't have a "clean" appearance. At times fresh fish us what permeates the store. Went to get our Covid-19 booster. Much better pharmacy and system than elsewhere.

The staff were excellent . I was in a hurry to get back to work. Had hard time looking for something the wife asked me to get. They not only help me find the sauce she wanted but the lady from Safeway who helped also opened a register to check me out . I was able to get to work without my boss noticing and make my wife happy.

When scanner at employee check stand is broken and I wait to get it all rung up and they can't run QR code off cell phone...that NOT good I knew,it wasn't her fault... I just had to keep my cool and told her to void it. And go another check and rewait to get checked out.With Inflation high I'm not losing 21$_savings because your code reader is broken.

No taco bell refried they are the best. So what's up with that. I bought two apple fritters and they were small and had NO FLAVOR at add please cinnamon, gloves nutmeg ginger anything...

You can't put food in the same bag as dryer sheets. I don't want Snuggle flavored Red Vines. Aside from that product is often tagged incorrectly, resulting in me having to stand in line to return it. I work retail and felt the manager would like to know about the issue but when I told him he didn't care. Then there was the big one, I was charged twice for a large grocery purchase and when I pointed it out the manager was extremely rude about it, like it was an inconvenience for him. They ended up trying to return it through a different register, assured me it would be returned within 10 days or so, it never happened. I had to call corporate and finally got ahold of someone who cared and she sent an email to the store and set it up so I could go in and get my money back. I go in and they claim they have no knowledge of the email, I don't know if they looked for it or not, I ended up having to call the girl at corporate, who then called the store and convinced/forced them to give me my money. Which they did plus a little extra attitude for my troubles. So head on in to Safeway if you like getting dirty looks and customer loathing service.
