Went in the store three times . First two times was not even acknowledged. Went in a trip time was greater. I told the associate that the ONLY reason I purchased the item need was because my car was being towed to the dealers. I will never go there again.

I came in to just pay off a balance. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, it almost as if they hated every time the door opened. The two reps worked with the same 2 customers for an hour and had a lobby full of people waiting instead of trying to multitask. It was really disgusting. If you have a customer who is loading a phone with phone numbers, you can’t take a payment really quick? It’s literally 5 people just standing around, no updates on when we’re being helped or anything. I felt like I was ruining there day by trying to pay my bill. I will never step foot on this horrible location again.

Hands down best mobile shopping experience I’ve ever had. Christina was super helpful in getting me transferred to t-mobile and with setting up my new phone. She and the rest of her staff were extremely friendly and I will definitely be back. Can’t beat the price or the service! Bye Verizon

Christina was awesome to work with! She took care of switching my plan from AT&T to T Mobile. She made the process extremely seamless unless AT&T bounced us all over customer care trying to get my number switched… I am so happy to make the switch, and I couldn’t think of anyone else better to help me out! I highly recommend giving her a call if you are in the need of switching services !!

The manager Leo and customer service representative India was extremely helpful during my visit. From the moment I walked in, Leo was energetic, welcoming, comical, and kept a positive and vibrant demeanor the entire time (even though he received.a negative phone call). This was a ruff day for me since my phone was water damaged. However, Leo helped lift my spirits. I also watched him use the same energy with all of the other customers who entered. This would encourage me to send all of my friends and families to this particular store. Thank you all for a great customer service.

What a pleasant experience and customer service I had from Carlos, the Branch Manager today and yesterday. I was at this location 10 months ago and dreaded to come back due to an awful experience. I’ve been a Sprint customer for over 20 years. Although I had some nice services at multiple locations, Carlos stood out. He was beyond helpful and exceeded customer service. As a business owner on Jefferson, I was so happy to witness how he managed the shop and communicated with each customer. This location made the best decision switching out management and hiring Carlos.

Devonte (hope i'm spelling that right) answered every question I had over the phone regarding their mobile hotspots and their data only plans. I came in and Chris set me up and talked me into buying the hotspot. Then, when I had technical issues, and 30 minutes on the phone with T-Mobile Tech support got me absolutely no where, I called up here and Jasmine had my problem resolved in less than 5 minutes. Fantastic team there.

I can never complain about T-Mobile’s customer service in store over there phone or otherwise. As soon as I walk to the store I was greeted and asked “how can I help you today?” I like that team member know that I needed to get my screen protector replaced I was there for about 10 minutes or so and I was all done and on my way. The store is very clean, cool inside, and quiet.
