My experiences at CVS have been challenging but having employees like Maisha the other day made me feel like CVS is improving. She offered to helps and went way beyond the usual, assisting me with the Extra Bucks system. She's a gamechanger!

I mainly come here for the pharmacy and haven’t had any problems. I find the staff friendly and they always have my prescriptions ready on time.

This location needs to up there pharmacy staff every single time I come here to pick up a prescription the wait is 30-60 minutes, they are so overwhelmed and under staffed. It’s ridiculous!!!

This place is so poorly run. A prescription was transferred from another CVS three days ago. After waiting in line for 23 minutes to pick it up today, it wasn't ready. I was told they "just got it today." I was told it may be filled tomorrow or "the next day." Really? This is not the first time something like this has occurred. They absolutely either don't have nearly enough staff or don't know how to run a pharmacy. Neither of these is acceptable. Unfortunately my insurance is Aetna, which owns CVS, and requires I use CVS to fill my prescritptions.

Very unsatisfied with this pharmacy. I have called this store numerous times for the last two weeks with no luck. Everytime I go in they have a huge line and I'm unable to stay, as I'm a live in Caregiver for a couple and can not leave them for long periods of time. Finally I have no choice but to wait in line only to find out my prescription that was sent in two days prior had still not been filled. Plus the script that I needed before the weekend was not recieved. This is Friday, so I'm going to be without my meds for the weekend, which leads to withdrawals. The med is Effexor. I've been a long time customer, but will move to Walgreens to get away from this problem. I great for those that truly depend on their meds. Something's for to give. Not a happy customer.

Please don’t waste your time coming to this CVS. Service is horrible. Staff is burned out and don’t care. They don’t fill prescriptions on time. They don’t answer their phone. They put everything “in process” which takes days or weeks to complete. And CVS could care less if you complain to them. Try Walgreens across the street or even Fry’s at Thompson Peak and Hayden for a much better experience with people that actually care.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST CVS store that I have ever had to deal with. The pharmacist is the most unprofessional and deplorable human being alive. After waiting one hour and twenty four minutes for someone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. I called the actual store and had them transfer me, I was told he was too busy to look up any information and directed me to go to another cvs pharmacy ((40 more minutes out of my way)) Just so that I can have someone answer a question about prescription drug interactions. This is the second time he has turned my business away. Always citing they are too busy and or short staffed. I had also scheduled a Covid booster shot ((previously)) online and when I showed up for my schedule appointment he said he was too busy. Coincidentally I went to Safeway at Pima and Thompson Peak and they took me as a walk-in. Do not bother with this store. Especially if your health depends on it.

I experience superb customer service for a prescription pickup. The pharmacist spent time discussing my medication, checked on alternative medications that may be covered better by my insurance and even checked a different class of medication for pricing. I was not rushed, and felt I received exceptional, personalized care. I have had my flu shots at this location for the last 2 years and have never had a bad experience. My pick up was at 6:30 pm and there was no wait.
