The stores are good but items are not all that economically priced. Some of the older stuff still needs to be acarried. It is still available online so you are probably leaving money on the table. Some customers probably dont even go yo the store since they know you are not going to have them

The store on W Bell Rd has the best employees. I needed help with my printer and they were able to help. Then I went back for ink because their prices were better than Amazon and Costco.

Went into Office Max in Surprise to pick up a few things. I asked one the associates 3 times to help me find what I needed. He was very helpful and directed me to the correct aisle each time. The store was clean, and the shelves were stocked. The only complaint I have is that the checkout person would not break a $20 bill for me. Said he couldn't do it unless I was using it to pay for the items. Didn't make any sense to me.
