I work with doordash and I get orders for firehouse subs.. I got a order with 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches nobody offered a drink carrier the man that brought my food just sits it down in front of me and walks off does not say here is your order thank you for coming have a nice day nothing very rude another guy hands me 4 empty cups I had to fill the cups for my order I didn't know we was supost to fill are customers drinks it's okay just please let us know and don't just hand me cups and not say nothing very rude.. I have never ate here I would like to try it but service like that I don't know 😕

I wish I could go back and correct the bad review I left on here about CJ Horner company 45 minutes ago because they did make it right they came back and even gave extra sand to feel so I apologize for the bad review we are very happy with CJ Horner and Company God bless please forgive me I have never rode a bad review before and now I don't think I will ever ride another one again

They do put lots of meat! No 1 asked if I wanted any other veggies on my sami. I got what they so called jerk turkey, nothing jerk about it!

I had only tried Fireside Sub's one other time and I did not care for it but this sandwich changed my mind completely. It was delicious. I got the Italian and I added banana peppers. Update I ordered on doordash and this sandwich was not as good. I did not get to design my sandwich like I did in the app. If you are ordering ease do so off the app.

Not too bad, took a long time to get food once we had ordered and the place didn't seem that busy. Seemed to only be one person making the subs out of the 4 that were working.

NY Steamer--yum! Side salad mostly romaine ribs, very little few lettuce leaves. Will gladly return, just won't get salad

Ordered doordash through here & got a coke. Tasted like some flat coke, but mixed with a fresh one. Why would you serve it 🤦♂️

This is absolutely the worst sandwich place, I ordered here before and the cheese was melted away from the meats where you has no cheese. I spoke with the General Manager and he would not satisfy me in any way. I placed my order which has two meats, cheese, mayo and Deli Mustard. I requested for the cheese be put on after the meats were heated and extra pastrami. I was told the total weight should be 11 oz. by the the General Manager, Look at the pictures, I know my weights and the meats are sliced so thin it's amazing there is no way my $15 sandwich had 11oz. Never Again

Location in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Wanted something to take back to the hotel room. I chose the SmokeHouse beef & cheddar brisket.stop was friendly, received my order in a timely manner. Added to chocolate chip cookies to the order. Sandwich was very good
