I worked with Cameron and Austin on the date of purchase. Both were polite and were not pushy at all. I had a set amount I could spend, and Cameron worked with me to make a deal. I am 47 years old and this is my 8th vehicle. This is the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

I would highly recommend these guys! They did their best to make the deal happen & I left with what I wanted. For once in a long time I didn’t have to just settle even though I didn’t have fantastic credit. Cameron was great in making sure we were good while waiting & even before going to other dealerships pulling what we wanted to know about. Give them a chance!

I have had better experiences in the past. Service seems to have gone downhill. I waited two hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for. Just an oil change no tire rotation or anything else. No updates as to how my service was going, no update on how long it would be, no update after about how my car was. Cost was two times what I paid for my truck to be serviced the same day at a different location. McLarty needs to fix their service department.

John the Service Personnel was friendly and helpful. He immediately informed me of what was going on and offered a loaner vehicle, for which I am thrilled to have received. It came in handy and I did not have to worry about how I was going to get around each day. This was a huge relief for me. Thank You!

Jack was with me every step of the process. We have been in contact for months and he helped me get into the Golf R. They were completely transparent and understood what I was looking for. They didn't try to pull anything over and if I don't run this car until the wheels fall off I will be back.

ON 8/25/2022 I left my vehicle for an appointment @ 11 am, didn't receive my vehicle until the next day. All I wanted was for service personnel to check if vehicle was mechanically sound. I didn't receive any updates in reference to my vehicle. I had to call for updates (two hours apart.) Asked to speak to the manager, was told he would call me. No return call. At 5:20 pm I received a text & phone call informing me that my vehicle was ready BUT there was no one to pick me up and take me to get my vehicle. I had to wait until the next day. Staff should have communicated updates/delays to me. I SHOULD HAVE NOT CALLED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT STAFF!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SERVICE!!!!! ROSITA JOHNSON

Our sales rep, Jack, was amazing. He worked so hard to try and get us what we wanted. When he wasn't able to, he wasn't the typical pushy car salesman. He didn't want to push us into something we wouldn't want. But he ended up helping us find the perfect car. I absolutely love the Taos!

I contacted Mr. Box about buying the new 2022 GLI and it was the smoothest process I have ever encountered. Everything was straight forward and to the point! When I went to pick up the vehicle, it was detailed and extremely clean and a full tank of gas! Will continue to use their service and I recommend 100%.

My experience at McLarty VW of North Little was truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. I had brought my 2019 VW Beetle in for service and while waiting on it to be completed I decided to test drive a Tiguan to pass the time. I had looked at the Tiguan's online in the past and found them to have a compelling list of options and features for the price. I was paired with Caleb Passmore as the sales consultant for the drive. My experience with Mr. Passmore outstanding. Caleb was extremely knowledgable about the Tiguan and all of its features and was able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle. He was very friendly, professional, and easy to deal with and we were able to come to terms quite easily on the purchase price and value of my trade. I felt I was given a good price for my trade and no dealer markups or market adjustments on the price of the Tiguan which I was very happy with, especially in today's auto market. I greatly appreciate McLarty VW for not applying market adjustment increases over MSRP on their new vehicles as it alienates the consumer, tarnishes the brand of the manufacturer, and does not create long term value for the customer. I certainly will remember that I was treated right on this deal in today's market and would purchase another VW from McLarty in the future. All in all, I was throughly pleased with my experience at McLarty VW and would like to give special recognition again for Mr. Passmore who was my sales rep as he made the entire experience truly hassle free. When I get ready to trade again down the road if I purchased another VW I will be calling him back. Tony in finance was also a pleasure to deal with as he simply explained their add-on offerings such as the extended warranty, gap insurance, tire protection, etc. and when I declined to take them we moved right along with the paperwork no back and forth high pressure tactics or fear mongering, etc. Hayden who was the manager on the deal was also very easy to work with and I appreciated him as well. I felt like at the end of the day I got a good deal on my new purchase/trade in and that the dealer got a good deal, made some money, and everyone got to go home happy which is what is all about.
