There were many pluses to choosing TechCare in Campbell...he was able to get me in very quickly, he saw the problem and gave me the solution, he was able to give me an idea of the cost and came in under the quote, he was quick and I had my computer back in days. He transferred all my data to my new hard drive and then gave me instructions on what I would need to do once I hooked it back up. As an older, not tech savvy person, that part was important to me. It was an all-round good experience for a bad situation.

The SSD drive on my NUC i3 computer running Windows 10 died. I tried the usual repair options but nothing worked, so I took the computer to TechCare on a Thursday. The following Monday, Ray called to say they were able to recover almost all of my important files (note: many of those hadn't even been backed up yet). They recovered my data efficiently while upgrading the SSD drive in the process. I am very pleased with TechCare's service. Ray and Reza are thorough, professional, and provide a cost-effective service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Ray fixed my computer in just a few days. He looked at it and knew immediately what needed to be done. I'm a college student and was home on break so I needed a fast turn around. He came through for me and my computer works like new!

Ray is so helpful and patient. I brought him two dead/broken laptops, one from 2006 and the other from 2016. He managed to extract all of the photos and documents from both hard drives and transfer the data onto an external hard drive for me. He also restored the 2016 HP laptop to full functionality, it is better than new.

Ray helped me today and he was wonderful! Great price, much lower than competitors and he fixed my phone screen in 15 minutes. I will definitely come back any time I am I need of phone or computer help. Highly recommended!

I broke my screen in 2019 on my iphone 7+ and was pleased with the service I received in replacing it at TechCare. Two years later, my screen was cracked (again! I've got slippery fingers) and my home button wasn't working and my battery health was "significantly degraded" according to the messages I was getting from my phone. I was about to replace it but first checked in with TechCare to see what would be involved in replacing the screen, battery and home button and I'm so happy I did! They fixed it the same day and I saved a bunch of money. My phone feels brand new! Plus repairing my phone means not creating more ewaste so double win!

The person upfront is not good at communicating, He feels offensive when asked any questions related to the issue that you facing. They charging so much to replace the battery of MacBook pro. I won’t recommend them!
