Allowed us to upgrade from reservation on day of picking up the rental, as well as extend our contract the day we were to bring it back. So, accommodating to our needs. Vehicle was nice and roomy and clean and a pleasant experience that causes me now to want to buy the vehicle. Totally enjoyed the moment during our mini vacation to the central coastline that we wouldn't have been able to take if not otherwise helped by Enterprise. Thanks for making it possible.

I rented a car for a weekend trip using the company's app. Pros: app was easy to use, appointment booked easily, car was like new and clean Cons: Local site was closed and I wasn't informed until 15 mins before car pick up, ended up waiting in the heat for a bit cause the rental was coming from another city. Also, adding drivers to the contract is not simple, it requires a credit card. Overall, I enjoyed my first experience with a rental car company. I would use this service again and I recommend it as well.

I had used Enterprise Rent-A-Car before, but this is the first time that I am disappointed on the rental. The car work good no complaints there but the car's seat were dirty and it had a strong smell probably because the person before me smoked inside the vehicle and it was a strong and uncomfortable smell. I did not enjoyed the ride on the car because the smell was awful.

They gave me a nice, clean car. I kept it for two weeks when my car broken down. I washed it and vacuumed, returned it just like they gave to me. I got my deposit back. They are very helpful.

Awesome place. Me and my boyfriend went on a last minute, week long trip and didn't want to put the miles on our car. No other car rental agency was able to help us on such short notice. We had called this place early in the morning and nothing was available, but after an hour or so and no luck anywhere else, we went here and luckily someone had just returned a car. The customer service is awesome and very helpful. They will do everything they can to help you get what you are looking for. Great cars that are great on gas! Fast and friendly service. Very disappointed. Called and Made reservations first thing in the morning for same day pick up. Get there and they have no records of my reservation and no cars available, even though the guy remembered the phone conversation. Made me wait 20 min before telling me they were not going to get more cars in, then told me they had an SUV but did not offer at the same price. Then in the end turned me down completely because I do not have a credit card, even though I have been renting cars from them for 3 years without a credit card.
