Reserved a car with a pack up time. They didn't have the reserved car. They did have a more expensive one of course. Called the 800 number back. Found another car at a different store. Reserved it. Drove there. And surprise. That car wasn't in stick either. More expensive car of course was available. Coincidence or upsale?

Very bad experience here. They give u a dirty car and expect a clean one. They gave me a car that smelled like someone smoked nonstop and wanted to blame it on me. Then gave me a 3 car with no gas. Management isnt helpful at all! Never again will i go back to them.

Wow, I have never gotten this bad management from a rental place like this place. I reserved and prepaid for a van a month ahead, then 2 days before the date I should come to pick up the reservation, they called and said the had no van available and told me to call customer support to cancel it. All of this hassle they would never take any responsibility to help customer fix it but made me as a customer to figure it out on my own. And now it costs me extra to reserve a van from a different location since it is now to close to the date I need it. Hertz says to charge customer a fee if cancel 24 hrs after booking. Who will do anything to the location for dishonoring a reservation after 20 days booked and then taking no extra step to help but to call and say "This is a courtesy call to you to let you know that we had no van available." Very bad customer service and irresponsible management. If you could, try to rent from a different location. Avoid this one at all cost.

I reserved a small car, and when I got there it was a surprise. I asked how was it on gas, I was lied to. I spent more money on gas than I did my entire trip. The guy inside was rude. I'll never rent from Fontana Hertz again.

Horrible! Horrible all the way around! Rented a car to go on vacation. The car started braking on the freeway come to find out there is a problem with those kind of cars ( Nissan kicks). I called customer service and told us to contact the nearest hertz rental to return car so I did they had run rented all cars. As we carefully started driving home and ended our vacation early fue to the safety on this car. I call the office to tell them that vacation ended early due the problem and no one could help us. The supervisor Jon could not help gave me the option to return the car or go to another location to exchange car when there was no need to keep. car

Had a great experience here. I rented a Ford Fiesta and it was an awesome car. I drove it to Alburquerque and back with no issues.

Tyrell provided excellent customer service to my husband and I. We needed a rental vehicle at the last minute. He was patient with us and it was quite apparent that he knew their facilities inventory. He was polite and answered all of our questions. He presents as calm and poised with an even temperament. He is an excellent asset to Hertz and I hope you keep him as a permanent employee.

Reserved a car yesterday for 11am today .. it’s now 1152am and they still, don’t have my car.. one showed up and now I have to wait for it to get sanitized., meanwhile my 3 year old daughter has to wait out in the sun for an hour!!!! if I’m late returning I get charged .., how about hertz, what do they receive as a penalty?? As I stand here a customer that came in 20 min after I did , has gotten his car ., perhaps it’s because he is white and I’m not??? Or maybe it’s because I took insurance true a third party and not with them.

Got a discount at the beginning on my vehicle, terrible customer service, got blamed for scratches on the vehicle, which were there already. Didn't train their new person correctly. Tried having me sign a collision report, til FINALLY, after arguing my point, they realized it was their fault. Stressed me out & all I got in the end was a "I'm sorry". Never will I rent from Hertz again. There vehicles are damaged.
