If you care about your car do not come to this place. Work quality is awful. Its like some dirty dogs been crawling all over your car. Dirt everywhere. Detail department is terrible. Over spray all over my driver back door i didn’t realize it until i got home. My walk through person was Bealey Hearld. Rushing me making all sorts of irritating noises cause i found some deep scratches still where they were suppose to fix. Bealey Hearld is very unprofessional. Went to get my car scratches to get repaired but had more issues after. I do not recommend this place. Read the reviews and make your decision carefully. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

Wish I could say I was satisfied with the service… but the reality is that taking a car to replace a bumper and going to pick it up a week later only to find out that the car got damaged at the shop and if I haven’t check the car I would had drove off with a car that 1; was not fix correctly and 2; damaged else where from the shop it self… my advice is to make sure you check your car thoroughly to make sure that all the details screws and what not or in place and that no other damage has been assess to your vehicle before driving off They keep my car for 2.5 weeks in total. 👎🏻

Damage to all my electronic, had to take it to a Mazda dealership to reprogram, this place would not even return a phone call, beware!!! Now after a few months the fender popping off, am I taking it back, heck no !!! Services: Body & Trim, Electrical

I got involved into a hit and run accident. I was referred by my insurance to take my car to Francis Collision. There was a wait to get a repair, but it was worth it. They took care of my car with an easy and fast process from beginning to end. No waiting at all. I was in and out of the office, and they communicated with me all the time. I had to come back and pick up my car one day later than expected and they were okay with it.

Loved the service here at Francis! They were straight to the point. They even got my car done earlier than expected and understood it was my only way to get around town. The manager was really nice as well! Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name... But he wanted to make sure my car was in perfect condition & like-new before we came to pick it up. I cherish my car so much because I've worked my butt off for it. So y'all have my full trust! Good job! Highly recommend this place if you ever need a fixer-upper. 👍

I’m pleased with their work! I have had my car repaired through them 2 different times. They have always done a great job and kept me informed through the process. They replaced my rear bumper and repaired my front and some paint labor. Please beware of their lack of expertise to do repairs with precision. I’m my experience they displayed carelessness in not filling coolant after repairs. They seem to pander to insurance companies like Geico using non OEM parts without being upfront about it; on my car the A/C condenser in my new Honda Civic looks cheap and awkward compared original). They’re great at making excuses and blaming others for their deficiencies in repairs and inability to fix a newer vehicle back to original state. All I can say is do your homework because Francis Collision Repair is there to serve the insurance company’s interest and not the customer that is paying for insurance coverage. There is such a thing as bad faith conduct.

I was involved in an accident and Francis Collision was a preferred vendor and I can see why!! To say they removed the stress from a stressful situation is an understatement. From the moment I got there they took great care in explaining the process. Their one stop shop was more than convenient, I was able to drop off my car for estimate and they had my rental there ready to go. I was in and out in 20 minutes! The staff is extremely friendly and they kept me informed through the whole process! They let me know when the estimate was done, when work commenced, updated me on the process while repairing and finally when I my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived and seen my car I could not believe the outstanding job they had done!! Wade (my car) came out looking great as new! The fact their work is guaranteed is icing on the cake.
