When I can't pay my bill - In the store, with a sales associate, with cash. NO CASH!!!?!??? Yeah - if Xfinity can't trust their employees with cash ... Clearly, they don't care about the customer.

What a great experience at the kingscanyon location . We were greeted by a welcoming staff. And had the bestest customer service from Laura & Luis. Who took care of our needs. I didn't like the fact that all I had to do was give them my card to set up autopay and I had two options....either wait for about two hours....or come back tomorrow after work again at 6:30 but with a scheduled appointment....I wasn't happy that they couldn't resolve something that simple right then and there.

I think the employee's leave their own positive reviews. This store is tiny and there is no parking in there immediate area. The worst part was, they pack you in like sardines and try to force you to stand or sit on top of eachother. I was told twice I couldn't stand in spots that created social distance even though I was not blocking any walkway or entrance. There was no customer service other than "Your Name". Hopefully you won't have to wait 30 mins for them to say they can't help you. I'll be cancelling my service with xfinity soon.

They have so many hidden fees its ridiculous.I asked if they knew were the extra fee was from he said it was from 2 months ago..Like really how can u say a person is caught up with there bill and a extra 100 dollars comes out of nowhere with no explanation as to where it came from.If they didn't lock me in a contract I would've went some where else like wow..very upset customer here

I was treated like royalty. The people who helped me were extremely helpful and kind. I was thinking about cancelling my service there but I expect to be a long time customer after today's visit. Your workers deserve a raise...or at least a pat on the back.

This location couldn't be more inconvenient. It has difficult parking and the store itself doesn't have enough space or staff to handle the number of customers that come in. Be prepared to wait...
