Absolutely non-existent customer service. I had a passport appointment set for late-morning, and after seeing other comments on how theirs were cancelled I made sure mine was still scheduled. While it was still there the night before and first thing in the morning, it unceremoniously disappeared less than two hours before I was set to go in. No call, no text, no email, nothing; it was seemingly just deleted without any notification. Several attempts to call resulted in either being disconnected after about 10 seconds, or an endless ringing tone. With this location seemingly having a consistent record of cancelling appointments, they should probably be removed from USPS' scheduling system.

Customer service here is deplorable. What was meant to be a routine visit to buy an envelope with monitored tracking ended up with me feeling like chewing a mouthful of glass. The worker I interacted with continually interrupted me, talked over me, and told me she "had no idea what I was talking about" when I tried explaining my request. I was completely bemused by this behavior because I was being polite towards her. When prompted by the card reader to select how I would like to receive my receipt, I automatically requested an email. For some reason, the system would not allow me to directly input the email and asked the worker to input it instead. She made a point of huffing and afterward asked: "You wanted a receipt for a 70c envelope?" Well, sure, why not? And, as I tried to explain to her repeatedly, I wasn't wanting to buy an envelope in the first place. But because she seemed so intent on getting rid of me as quickly as possible, it took repeated tries before she understood and offered me another product. If she was trying to end the interaction as quickly as possible (as seemed to be her priority from the start), she might have saved herself more time and effort by instead trying to genuine listen and help. The post office had literally two other customers (it was 9am on a Saturday morning), so I couldn't understand why this woman was in such a rush to be done with me. In hindsight, it seems that maybe she just really hated her job. The other worker was openly using her phone while waiting in her cubicle, and when I was directed to her for service instead, she barely even spoke to me before blitzing through my order, without even stopping me to ask how I wanted my receipt delivered. Seriously, why even show up if you're going to bring an attitude and take it out on the customers? Seems to me like these workers need to consider finding another line of work, one ideally where they don't have face-to-face interactions with other human beings.

Most of all post office experiences, have been negative in this particular location, the staff are very rude, and when asked questions in the lobby, completely ignores you, particularly was there 8/20/2022 waited in line for roughly 45 mins, lady was closing doors early due to only having one clerk. aside from that as she was locking the door I was asking the lady I was there to process a passport completely ignored my question waited another 20 mins as she was letting people out through another locked door I then asked again about processing a passport application and was told by her that they don't process passport applications on Saturdays, even after I had looked up passport acceptance places, being so close to my home I chose this place, if you have any passport needs don't show up on a Saturday and if they pay any attention to the way these places are being ran. This is most definitely not the right way to operate or treat customers. I wish people just shouldn't show up if they don't want to do a good enough job and treat respectful customers with due respects, save the attitude for the rude ones!!!

This post office is trash the workers and everything they be ruin like if we don’t have to work to. Customer service is horrible they really need to check the workers here. They call me 1 hour saying my passport appointment is canceled. Lazy workers never coming here again.

I am very disappointed in this postal service location. When I read the other reviews I knew it was not a coincidence. My package was signed by an employee that never showed up to my address to drop it off. I was home the entire day and I have cameras in my front door. No one came to deliver so this leads me to believe my package was signed and stolen by an employee. I have tried to make a complaint but they are no help in resolving this matter. Luckily I got nothing but time on my hands and I will file a police report to make sure this office gets cleaned up. They picked the right one to mess with.

This post office has shut down operations completely. I had apassport appointment scheduled back on April 29 and I got a call 1 hour before the appointment that the appointment is canceled and that I will get a call from the post office which I never did. This is the second time it has happened which clearly shows the service there is beyond pathetic or they have completely shut down. I would assume the later because this place cannot be run my incompetent people.

They didn't have priority shipping labels, they have a machine but it wasn't printing recipes and when I asked how I would get my tracking number they didn't bother telling me that I can get it by email, then I had to drive back to get labels but when I got back, the machine was not working/off and when I told them about that the answer was nothing, silence. Just dreadful to have to go to this post office

Appalling, and just heridius service mail gets delivered but fir some reason only my checks that I desperately need each month get sent back not once but twice and reissued a month later. The photos take shows the delivery of my package came that I had the worst time getting it out the mailbox, All compliant from my calls say they'll talk to her supervisor. It just makes her mad and retaliate. I'm do maybe a public compliant will change things, no on follows up with me, just ask me do they care about the customer 🤔 I don't think so! Because the mail carrier does not like her job. She is always on the phone talking and not paying attention 🙄 An those checks say undeliverable the send calls a ask me is this my address I say yes each time out of all the mail it is the only thing returned too the sender.

Closed on Friday at 4:30PM with no signs of activity, so no idea how long they'd been closed when I arrived (their operating hours claim that they close at 5:00PM). As I was there people kept coming in and leaving disappointed that they were already closed. On the plus side, the unattended area was well stocked with shipping boxes. On the minus side, their automated machine kept claiming that EVERYONE's prepaid label codes were invalid. Ugh, fine, I'll print my labels at home on my own printer and tape them on myself.

This post office is in bad need of love and better management. One postal worker most of the time.. be willing to waiting 15 to 20 mins if you have 2 people ahead of you. You would think this a training facility but the faces are always the same ..
