I just don't understand how Mcdonalds in Walmarts make the food way better then regular ones. Fries were hot and crispy.

I know it is a fast food place, but service could be kinder. ( I love MacD. And so I enjoy going to all the different locations and compare experiences) this one in Hemet could be cleaner and the service could be friendlier. They forgot to add my drinks and I was told with a "tone" that she will work on it. After I had to correct her about which drink I had ordered. For those 2 reasons, I gave 2 stars less. Though it is not a "fancy" restaurant, but a fast eat and go place. We are paying customers and it is not given to us for free. When I eat at MacD with my family (of 8) I pay around $120.-- I do this once a month for the kids. Yesterday I was there with only my daughter and spent $23.-- The food was well prepared and the fries and double quarter pounder was hot.

Dirty tables. All the Trash cans over flowing. Had to wait for someone to finally take my order as I stood in front of the counter. Cold food. Totally not the typical McDonald's.

I just waited for 15 min in line, finally I order #7 I pay at the window 20 minutes now, I get to the 2nd window and the girl hands me my orange juice, I now sit for another 5 minutes, the girl hands me another orange juice, I already have it, then she grabs my food, I asked how long has my food been sitting there? She says, the timer says 5 minutes, I'm now late for work because they have no idea what they are doing, and my food was cold!!!!
