Best rental experience!!! Quick, fast, and easy. Erick Ortega was an awesome service representative. Even when I returned the vehicle after 3 weeks he did a quick walk around inspection. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Great customer service.

This enterprise is hidden in the BACK of a busy shopping center. The customer service is OKAY i guess after they figured out who had the keys and forced us into the only car they claim they had left which could have been told when they picked us up in it.I almost got hit twice in the lot leaving out the parking lot as well.I just feel they need a better location the day we came was probably just an off day for them 🤔😒idk.but for an overall first experience it was definitely not a "the best" first impression..ijs

Staff is always friendly, prices are reasonable, rentals are always clean and ready to go. The process for picking up and returning can’t be any easier. I’ve never had a problem at this location. They made me regain their trust after having issues at the Monterey Park location years ago.

I'll keep it 💯 with this..my insurance rented a car for me since mine was involved in a accident, i got the car yesterday, the staff that helped me was very patient ,helped me out and answer my questions, i did have a issue with the vehicle this morning so i called them and had no problems getting a different car for the same price ,was very happy with the trade and it was fast too,thank you enterprise team 😀 😊
