I am so glad I left Walgreens and started coming here. The pharmacy staff is so nice I sometimes have to pinch myself to make sure I'm ok. Not only are they very nice but there very fast and so helpful. If you're going elsewhere your making a mistake. Today the lady took the time to look up my insurance and tell me what exactly it covered.

I don’t know where the regular pharmacist was tonight, but I had to interact with a pharmacist that told me her name was Nemo. Anyone else is awesome but Nemo has to be the worst pharmacist I have ever experienced. I always get brand name in order to prevent migraines but my doctor didn’t initial the box on the script that ensures that I get it and I usually just ask for brand. My insurance covers brand name and it is the same price as generic. Nemo told me that she was getting a rejection code so I called express scripts. The woman from express scripts said there was no rejection code, so she was lying to me while I was on the phone with express scripts! There was absolutely no reason for this and she was only doing it to have control. She started smiling and being rude so I asked her why she was making this difficult and she just kept wanting to argue. She needs to find a line of work where she doesn’t work with customers because she doesn’t care about them. I went to a different cvs and told them about my experience and they were super helpful. They filled my prescription right away. This had to be a novel to explain how horrible that was!

Floor is spotless, cashiers are great, and the store is amazingly low with prices! Pharmacists work as fast and as efficient as possible, and you can get your medication in a matter of seconds!
