Three closed banks before I got here. Been with them 50 years and I am disabled now.. Line past the wait area, one window opened, one for business. Waited 45 minutes to deposit $40,000...then a hold was placed for 12 days..money cleared other account and it took a week for them to post. Tired of excuses, sad but it is time to move on..say goodbye to a huge account with a loyal customer..

I came to Bank of America to use the ATM and I found several United States of America flags on the ground in the parking lot. We should respect the American flag and everything for which it stands, while also protecting the American flag from damage.

Ridiculously incompetent, deliberately rude, pathetically unprofessional mamagement team that have no concept of customer service and who like to make up their own rules as they go along.. I went in to re+open an existing online account, and was told to "wait" gh with my elderly 87+year old mother standing with me. An JOUR later, NONE of the managentbteam had attempted to provide any assistance and my elderly mother was developing breathing issues. We tried to flag down passing managers, who kept walking around us and having loud conversations with their friends (a femaleanager kept referring to a guy who had just walked in as her "bueno amigo", and stood right by us having a chit+chat with him for about ten minutes while I recorded them in my camera/ and the managers kept saying that they were "busy". An HOUR and TEN minutes later, I was told that I could not re+openy online account because they needed "more docentatipn". (I had brought in two passports, a driver's licence, Social-sexuroty card, North certificate, AND credit card, and was told that none of these forms of ID were "acceptable") Filed a complaint with their corporate division.

Terrible service with more customers in-line, just 2 bankers serving, I happened to be there because I have to make my car loan, so far almost every BOA I went to is the same crabs.

bank of America has to be one of the worst banks out there to do business with, good luck trying to find an open bank of America since they closed multiple locations down. second they have a daily ATM cash deposit limit of $2,500 until further notice, and third the lines start outside the buildings at every single location that is still open. anticipate waiting more then an hour long when you go.

Incompetent Security at dangerous location. On 4/8/22, I went to the Bank of America Magnolia Center Branch (6370 Magnolia) around 9:40 PM to deposit a check and withdraw cash. There was a large man sitting on the curb close to the card access door that leads to the glass enclosed ATM area. So I decided to opt for the drive up ATM where a security guard stood prominently with a few other cars lined up. I drove into the handicap spot adjacent to the glass enclosed ATM area just to turn the car around and, before I could back out, the large man got up, approached my car and tried to pull open my passenger door! I backed away quickly, looking at the Security Guard who stood motionless and watching. I drove up to the Security Guard and said, "Did you see that?" "Yes," he answered, "And I'm going to call it in as soon as we finish here" he said motioning to the drive up ATM in the outside lane. There were two cars there...one w/engine on and one behind, turned off and the words "Diebold" on the vehicle. I then asked if any drive up ATMs were available and he said, "Yes, the one on the building." So I drove really close to that ATM (so I could reach punch pad)...and here comes that big guy again! Now mind you, I am very close to the building...and he squeezes between my car and the building, squeezing sideways toward me as I reached for the touchpad. I rolled up my window and motioned for the man to go away. The man mimicked me and continued to come closer. Once again, I looked to the Security Guard who was doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I laid on my horn, again waving this man away but he kept coming so I backed up the car. The large man then went to the ATM touchpad and, using his middle finger, started mimicking as if he was punching in a code...then he turned to me and flipped me off with his middle finger. At that point, I backed out to leave. As I drove away, I saw the Security Guard hold his cell phone to his ear. I looked around the corner and saw the man appeared to have left. I went back today around noon today (4/9) to try again to make the deposit and withdraw cash. The ATM rejected all my PIN attempts, and the bank line was out the door and down the sidewalk (about 12 people standing outside the building) so I simply could not wait. So I have checks in hand, no cash, no access and tomorrow is Sunday. The BofA website is partially down for service and Customer Service (which I thought was 24 hour?) is closed. Maybe Monday...and maybe time to open an account elsewhere...

Worst experience I’ve had at a bank with an appointment. The employees here make up excuses for each other to bank clients. I personally don’t believe their is anyone managing the employees here. They lie to clients about appointment times even though the client has email and text messages from the bank on the appointment times. They make appointment with one employee and then some random employee shows up to the appointment. I really don’t care for their business practices or being lied to with random stories from these employees.

Be prepared to wait 1-2 hours to see a teller if you see more than 7 people in line. Every time I go here there are only 1-2 tellers open. The employees are super slow and lack customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody. All of my worst bank experiences have been here.

Worst bank you’ll ever experience! Only two tellers and the line is out the door. But they have tons of greeters. The manager does nothing to assist and doesn’t care about her job. Have no problem taking your money but as soon as you need to cash a check or pull funds they make is EXTREMELY difficult. Do not bank with Bank of America waste of time!!

Every time I go in this branch it’s always an issue. I’ve been in there twice to pull large amounts from my account and they have tried to come up with every reason known to man not to give my money. Lying saying that I have to have a California ID but I have a business and personal account with them and achieved both with my out of state ID but yet I still was able to get my money. Just rude and I’m really thinking abt changing banks
