Last night June 8, 2022 my husband and I went to this CVS. We arrived at 8:54pm and we couldn't get in because it was closed. It was already closed and the sign said it closes at 9:00pm. So we opened the exit door and asked one of the employees if we could get in and she just ignored us literally. It wasn't just us there were more people that couldn't go in. Looks that the employees weren't following the hours of operation they were doing whatever they wanted. So yesterday night CVS lost few customers, just because their employees decided to closed early. BAD SERVICE CVS

Don't have your meds sent there I've been waiting two days for my meds and when I finely got a text after going there waiting a hour in line and only 6 people in line they had nothing for me when I did get a text to pick up I drove all the way there only to fined out all my medication not there and ide have to drive back when it comes in no one can tell you how long or when just when it gets here .cvs is lazy non consideration for people who drive over 10 milles to pick up meds only to be told ide have to come back .the service at CVS on highland and del Rosa is straight garbage .and this place is were you need to go for life saving medication to be told they don't know when the rest of order to come in. Very un professional .I'll never ever ever have any medication sent there for pick up aging .actually you just need to close up the pharmacy there period

They get 2 stars for cleanliness and space. Their photo department is terrible. The printer is always down. I tried to order some more pictures to CVS and I have never received a confirmation except for one telling me that I should receive one once my photos are done. The lady I spoke to was friendly but it was unfortunate that I couldn't get a hold of the management there. It seems like they don't have that many workers on shift. I asked why I wasn't receiving my photos and they told me that printer needed a ribbon. I think it's one of those things that the manager should actually be on top of but isn't. These two stars are not for them. I would have done three but I didn't get any help concerning my order. I guess I won't be coming here anymore.

Pharmacy Well, the employees have bad days daily. Yo what it looks like. They’re rude, short un informative, and blow you off. They make people wait four hours, just to give prescriptions back. They argue with people rather than assist. Good job cvs. You guys know how to hire them.

This is the second time I have been lied to about my pain RX. I had 4 implants which were very painful and the physician 30 quantity they only partially filled my RX and then after I waited the 7 day for the remainder they said I had to get a new prescription. This place again shows me there bias social class and if you live in this area you can expect to be treated with no respect ordignity.

COVID vaccines given. My husband was in the store 30 minutes before closing. CVS had vaccine left over and rather than waste they offered my husband a vaccine at age 37. After first shot was given they gave him an appointment one month later for his second shot. He is now fully vaccinated before his COVID category was eligible.

I had 2 receipts for the item i was trying to return the manager Jesse told me when he scanned the receipt it showed no item found. The item was clear on the receipt he told there was nothing he could do i needed to come back tomorrow and speak with the store manager. 2 receipts my money spent can't return item really

Went in to purchase Crest Whitening strips, which were in a locked case. The employees were walking and not assisting, for over 15 minutes. When I asked for assistance the just said they were very busy. Who know when they would have assisted me... I left and purchase it at Walgreens. Very poor customer service.

The service was great and they actually have a better selection of beauty products than the one I frequent by my house. I also did not have to wait long, the store was clean and large abs even had a bathroom. The only downside is the location. I can't believe I used to live and walk around with my children in San Bernardino. God was really watching over me. I would only go to this one again if I had my husband with me.
