Lady who works early morn who looks like an El cajon tweeker couldn't sell me a donut because " he didn't scan them in yet" really each donut gets scanned? There is always 6 or so homeless out front begging for change too. Stay away

I always enjoy going to this particular 7 eleven cause their coffee machines. Today 11/22/21 me and my girl went there to get coffee from the machine and it came out smelling so bad....right away we noticed that the milk was bad and told one of the workers. She was rude and "replaced" the milk gallon and the machine was not working anymore...we decided to get a different kind of coffee...when we went to the cashier and mention about the "fresh or free coffe" he completely ignored us not having a minimal clue of what we were talking about 🤦🤷...Why would they have such signs displayed about this if they're NOT gonna follow through 😬....My rating 2.1 to this 7 eleven.

Very nice and clean, definitely one of the better 7-eleven stores. Plenty of parking. In stock with bakery items and hot food, with a lot of options. After I paid I spilled my drink and they were soooo nice about it. I felt really bad but they just cleaned it up and even let me get a new one. I would absolutely come back to this one.

Hot food has always been available, even when not there they used to make it for me. One of the reasons i went. Now they never have it or they cant make it only what there. I remember old employees who made it nice going there now its not so much

Bad experience, bad service. ☹️. Just went in for two coffees. Due to Covid restrictions the attendants are supposed to hand you the coffee covers at the counter. When we went to the counter we noticed the attendant had a glove on, but he first handled money, touched the computer screen, and then grabbed the lids and handed them to us. All with the same glove. When we made him aware of this and asked him for new lids. He got upset at us, took the coffees, and told us to leave.

I work at another 7 Eleven location, so i know what to expect when i walk into 7 Eleven. The staff does not greet the customers, they were giving dirty looks to certain people, and there was expired sandwiches on their shelves. Not a welcoming environment at all. Will not be going back.

It's an honor to have you guys in the neighborhood, we never felt more welcome to any other 711 than we have when we walk into this 711 and the endless options of variety is Insane. Oh and your workers sometimes forget our undercover guys it's always funny when were dressed and not even you guys can tell the difference. Happy new year

The New 7/11 on 4350 University Ave. Off Fairmount Ave. 92105 across from Walgreens is not the place you want to go for friendly services. Not only is The New Owner not from are comunity. Which could have been OK. But they were very rude an had people follow the customers around an make you feel uncomfortable and they have the nerve to tell us not to bring items from other stores into there's. An does not honor their .$. 99 refills I would rather travel further then to go down to that one even though It's one block down.
