Excellent service. Angie was so nice and helpful, she took the time to fix my wife’s glasses and she didn’t even charge me anything for it. It’s a nice big store with a large selection of frames. I will definitely be going back.

Dimitry was available and greeted me at the front door! He was very confident and knowledgeable! I brought four pair of glasses that were falling off my face and without any hesitation he helped by adjusting each pair even though I did not purchase them from Lens Crafter! I am thrilled with the service and helpfulness of Lens Crafters. I have had to use two branches and both have the most helpful and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend them. I will have to have my prescription changed due to changes in my eye due to cataract surgery and they have done the whole lot of my glasses once, and will not charge me as I have to have them changed again in the short future. This company cares about their customers

Saturday, August 27, 2022, Exceptional service!! Friendly, laid back, professional. While I tried on glasses, a Lovely young lady working the early afternoon shift, was kind enough to tighten the arms of 2 pairs of my older glasses at no charge. Would not even accept a tip. Very nice atmosphere with an array of gorgeous, very reasonably priced eyewear. Bravo Lens Crafters Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica!

I had a great experience at Lens Crafters. I didn't have an appointment but they treated me as though I did. They looked up my insurance and informed me of what my plan would cover. After picking out the frames, Daniel made my visit fast and efficient. My glasses will even be ready tomorrow. Thank you Daniel and the Team!

Went in for third time regarding new wire frame glasses. The nose pads are hard plastic and after wearing for half a day my nose felt bruised. Went in to see if they could fix. The sales person adjusted the nose pads and stems and suggested I wait 2 days before wearing again because my nose was red where the pads rest. Tried again after 2 days felt bruised. Went in yesterday with intent to get new frames and worked Dimitri, who was wearing wire frames. He offered to change pads to silicone and adjusted the stems. That has made them much more comfortable. Thanks to Dimitri for making me a satisfied customer!

Where do I begin!?? On Saturday I was at the beach with friends and around 5pm lost my glasses in the ocean. I immediately went into panic mode, and googled eyecare places near Santa Monica beach. Lo and behold, LensCrafters was opened til 6pm and Nancy came to the rescue. Thankfully I had my recent prescription updated for both glasses and contacts and she was able to do me a one time favor of letting me have a pair of trial samples. I literally was in tears and customer service exceeded all expectations 10/10. Literally the best, and thank you again Nancy and the help you guys offered.

Jose is the man! My glasses have been broken for weeks, and I just broke them more yesterday before my trip out of the country. I took them to 3 other places to get them fixed and everyone refused to help because they said it needed to be sauntered back together, even though I just needed a quick fix before my trip. Jose took 5 minutes to tweak them back into wearable shape and they pretty much look as good as new! Seriously a life saver.

Blanca greeted me and is so welcoming. Brandon is a Godsend! He was able to fix my sunglasses (which are designer and discontinued) without hassle or long wait.I’ve used LensCrafters before but nothing compares to this experience. So grateful
