People working there are wonderful people. Problem comes in computer sending incomplete receipts. If you take advance fueling option, then first receipt you get still charges you for fuel, even if you filled backup to the level at which you rented. To remove that charge, or find out what your true charge is, you have to call, which is a headache. It is just a bad software, that they need to fix.

Budget always gives me the BEST Deals for the Best Rentals. I always choose Budget over any other Rental place, because of the excellent Customer Service, the Car choices, the Prices and because of the efficiency. I had a great experience. Wanted a specific van for a very long road trip and called to make that request. They responded they added a note for the reservation and then followed through with the request. It was like the van was brand new. So thankful for the under seating storage. Worker was very nice even though he was by himself and they were strangely packed the day we picked up the car.

I love renting cars here. It takes a while due to only having one worker at front desk. But cars are clean and nice. Last time I did have a price problem with my extension and they could not fix it I have to contact 1800 budget not sure why they can't fix billing problems but I was over charged. 😞

Had no cars available even though a reservation was made online. So no link between system and actual stock when done with a few hours of anticipation.

They charged us extra 130$ when we returned the car (returned the car on time, no damages, no dirt left inside the car, fully fueled). The staff couldn't explain us at all why that amount was charged extra, and the receipt is written really confusing. We couldn't even reach the hotline to clarify the situation or to explain these figures on the receipt to us. So remember: Renting on a budget not always means saving money!

I have absolutely no complaints at all. The rental and return process was quick and easy. The vehicle was great and I got an Amazon gift card.

The staff at the locations were fine. My issues was and still is with billing. I was told $302.78. At rental it was $399.59. Couldn't be explained as all the numbers were EXACTLY the same but somehow the new way Budget was doing math it became $399.59. When the charge came threw it was $485 on the email receipt. More incredible, my Discover card was charged $599. Even though the rental receipt clearly stated the gas at G3, between 1/4 & 1/2 and I had opted NOT to pay for the gas in advance and return it at the same amount. I was charged $125 for gas. Since filling the tank only cost me $64 I have to assume Budget removed the back seat of the Malibu and added an extra tank to hold double the amount of a filled tank. Still can't get it fixed. Sent it to Discover Card with all proof to dispute the charges.
