Worst customer experience. I would avoid this location at all costs. The manager is as incompetent as they come. He is entirely over his head and we will never service our vehicles here again. Services: Exhaust, Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

I have been using Firestone in Castle Rock, CO for years. It was good for a long time, but the past year and a half or so I have had many issues. They replaced a battery and the radio stopped working. I asked them to address it and they told me they did not know how - I had to take it elsewhere to get it working again. I bought wind shield wipers, and when they began to streak after 2 months, they would not replace them. They crossed threads when doing an oil change, causing me to lose oil and to require repair. I could go on but you get the picture. I am moving on to another establishment.

They lost a very loyal customer!! Horrible experience this summer and they are incredibly dishonest and incompetent! I feel very very taken advantage of! Absolutely disgusting how this place is run and the lack of integrity and the level of incompetence is unbelievable!!! They absolutely took advantage of my kindness! Horrible!!!

I’m surprised by the reviews. I’ve always had success with this location, yes they make mistakes but so far they have always been minor and make it right. I feel as a young women this is the only place in CR that I’ve gone to that I don’t need testosterone back up for them to not take advantage of me. I always book my appointment in advance a couple weeks ahead of time, service is always quick and not over priced. I know they’ve been understaffed with the job market which is understandable. If there’s an emergency with my car, they’ve always made the time for me and my vehicle. Especially that one time I had a friend say he could change my oil for me - not a great idea in hind sight! Thanks Firestone! I won’t go anywhere else.

I was incredibly disappointed by this location. I went in for a simple oil change and had a terrible experience. I had to wait several minutes to be acknowledged when I arrived initially. The person at the desk was not welcoming and even though I had an appointment it took a long amount of time to complete. When I got in my car, there was grease and oil everywhere. I had to scrub oil off the exterior and interior of the car. There were grimy boot prints that are still left in the carpet of my car and the amount of oil all over everything was completely unacceptable. These are basic things that should not happen during an oil change. I would highly suggest going elsewhere if they cannot even complete something this easy with a decent level of service.

Identified and fixed the problem in 48 hours! I was as happy as someone with a busted car could have been. To those buying tires: they're busy actually fixing vehicles.

Should have looked at the reviews. I have used Firestone at this and other locations over the years. Mostly for tires and brakes. Never had an issue. During a recent storm we hit a curb with the right front. Had some pretty good curb rash and the steering wheel was off by about 10%. Took it into Allen St Firestone to have them check it. When they called after their check it was told I needed a Lower control arm, ball joints and alignment and they would call with a quote. A week and a half later I recieved an email with a $1500 quote. I am told that is just an estimate as the dealer still has not called them. I had already made an appointment to take it to another very highly recommend shop since Firestone had taken so long. I dropped the car of last night at the new shop. This morning I received a call that it did not need anything but an alignment. Mind you the new shop had ordered and receive the parts Firestone said I needed. They could have easily installed them. It's nice to know honest people and good technicians still exist.

PLEASE DO NOT GET YOU CAR SERVICED HERE! SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TIME, MONEY, AND TROUBLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I never write poor reviews but this was the worst experience of my life. We had been getting our oil changes done at this firestone, when all of a sudden our car we had only purchased a year and a half ago stopped in the middle of a freeway with the oil light on. Confused as to what was happening, we had our car towed to the nearest Kia Dealership, and they told us that Firestone did not put the cap back on the oil tank properly which resulted in it completely falling out and it BLEW UP THE ENTIRE ENGINE which we were told was $8000 to replace. We went back to Firestone to ask them to fix ithe situation, the Manager said they couldnt do anything about it and he did not care at all that they had basically totaled our car. We had to get in touch with Firestone Corporate (which the shop did not help us with at all) and thankfully, after 4 FREAKING MONTHS, Corporate agreed to pay for the engine, BUT we were without a car/rental for 3 whole months as they had to “figure out” if it was there fault or not and refused to give us a rental car until they had done their “inspection” at the dealership which took several months. I am pleased that they ended up paying for damages that they had caused, but this was the most difficult, frustrating, unnecessary, and long process I have ever had to deal with.

This long experience is worth the read before you drop off your car. Our car had a bend control arm, damaged bearing and a bent sub frame. The store couldn't locate the sub frame from a single supplier. Having access to parts, I asked if I could order it and bring it in. Ben, the store manager, was reluctant, but agreed since he couldn't source the part. He printed off the part number I needed to order and I verified with him and with Christine, the front end person, that it was the correct part number to order, which they said it was. I ordered the part, dropped it off and a day later they called and said it doesn't fit because it was the wrong part. This was 4 weeks into the repair. I did some investigating on my own only to find out, they printed off the wrong part number -- a part number for a different model car. I had to order the correct part, which took an additional 10 days. In the meantime, I had to do the legwork of returning the wrong part and paid $385 to ship the part back. At the time when I asked the store manager about paying for the return he said we will figure it out later. When the correct part came in, I called and Ben said it will be ready the next day. I called the next day before heading over to pick the car up only to be told they had to order some additional parts to finish things up and it would be ready in 1 additional day. I called another day later, only to be told that they won't have it ready for 5 more days because the parts they needed weren't available. It blows my mind that they didn't look ahead and order the rest of the parts they needed during the first 6 weeks that my car sat on the rack. Finally, 7 weeks later, my car was ready. I called to pick it up and wanted to confirm that they would take responsibility for the $385 return cost. Ben, the store manager, said he thinks we should split the cost of the return. He never acknowledged or took responsibility for screwing up by printing off the wrong part number. He blamed me for not verifying the VIN, he blamed the part source for not doing so and he said he shouldn't pay for it because they don't allow outside parts to be brought in normally (even though he agreed to let that happen). We went back and forth and he cut me off saying the most he would pay was $250 of the return. So, I got stuck with 7 weeks of being without a car, the headache of a 2 hour drive to return the wrong part and an additional $135 of postage, and the interior of the car had a thick layer of shop dust throughout. The doors were obviously left open for long periods of time. On top of that, they had to jump the car to get it started, not telling me they did so, so when I stopped and shut off the car, it would not start and I had to find someone to jump it. Absolutely ridiculous that Firestone didn't take responsibility for their screw-up. They have a sign hanging in their lobby quoting their founder saying honesty/integrity is the most important aspect of their business -- their founder would be disappointed with how this customer was treated.

I have used Firestone for a long time and so have several members of my family. As of recent, the customer service has not been acceptable. A couple of weeks ago, I walked in to ask a few questions about my air conditioner quote. I waited in the waiting room for 15 minutes and nobody was there to help me. I left. It seemed the employees were in the garage chatting. I dropped my car off today to get the air conditioner fixed. I was told that it would take up to 7 hours. Another employee told me it would take much less time than that a couple of days ago. After 6 hours, I had no updates. So, I called and asked for updates. They said it would be done by end of day which is 6. That would be 9 hours. They said the parts were late. Curious why the parts were not there. I told them I had something planned at 6. The man said he would look into it, and he practically hung up on me. He did not call me back. Then, I called back and spoke to the manager. He said the 7 hours was just an estimate, but this is not what he said earlier. I told him I had an appointment at 6 and would be there at 5:30 to pick it up. He was silent then just said, “k” and got off the phone. I thought this was bad service. He should have apologized for the inconvenience but instead was short, silent, and made excuses. There have been times in the past where I waited for an oil change for 4 hours. When I picked up my car, the employees there were not told by the manager that I needed my car by 5:30 even though the manager said that he would let them know. They had no idea. I will never go back to Firestone. The customer service is not acceptable. My car was done after 6.
