I arrived at 1025 AM, as soon as I pulled in a guy driving by told me I couldn't park there it was for auto service customers. I told him I was buying and having installed a battery. He told me OK wait there and someone will come out to get your information. 30 minutes later still waiting, I went inside and ask a the lady behind the counter and she yes wait at your vehicle they will take care of you. I saw one van inside being worked on and at least 4 people in mechanics uniform walking around. I go back outside see a hispanic lady in a car pull up, she went inside and a hispanic mechanic came out with her. I am starting to think being a white male at an all hispanic WalMart auto shop is not such a good thing since by now I am standing outside being ignored and she got attention right away. As soon as the mechanic looked up from her car I excused myself and he said stay by your car I will take care of you. And he did, aboutbvb 10 minutes later. I got my battery that is recommended by consumer reports and go on my way nearly 2 hours from the time I arrived. Still only one other car being worked on and at least 4 uninformed individuals in the shop with an attendant at the counter and some hispanic guy acting like a boss 6 folks in all around the auto area lots of talking not much working! I wonder was my whiteness an issue?

Had a battery exchange after hours and the extra effort by the employee yesterday night was above superb I think her name was Nataliya at the 1239 436 ste 101 store

After my oil change was completed I had to wait another half hour for a manger or supervisor, who wasn't available to have me cashed out. I didn't feel that there was any organization

I went to 3 different Walmart this morning to do an oil change and there was no technicians and finally when I stop on this one they said it takes 5 hours to do an oil change.Not happy at all

DO NOT come to this location!! Very disorganize!!! I waited for 4 hours to get 2 tires!!!! They should have told me at beginning how long is the wait line......& funny thing is printer was not working at the end......I did not get any papers from them!!!!!!

Came here two days in a row for a full synthetic oil change the second day I came back at the time they told me to the day before and now they said they are not accepting any more oil changes today and it's just 1:00 p.m. there is only one car in any of the bays I don't understand but this is ridiculous and I will never bring any of my vehicles back here again

I scheduled an appointment for 4 tire replacement. When I showed up, they had no sets of 4 tires available. They sold it to someone else. I ended up going to Discount Tires for my tires. Total waste of time to schedule an appointment when they aren't going to even have tires available.

I had them perform an oil change about 6 months ago, i thought all was well until i had to change the oil again. I usually do it myself but i was in a rush at that time. Upon performing the oil change myself i noticed the hooks to my skid plate were bent, the oil filter cover plug will not come loose. I also noticed that they did not Apply the outer gasket to the oil filter and then put the smaller gasket in the wrong spot, which is probably why the cover plug won't come loose.... Upon further investigation half of my battery hold down was missing.... I took my other vehicle here a few months before and also noticed half of the battery hold down missing as if they just stole it. You get what you pay for, cheap service at a cheap price, but at what cost though? Service: Oil change

Simply the best oil change; period. Great prices too. If you are female, or older; prepare for battle. The manager is the normal Wal-Mart type super...but his team is amazing. Fast, accurate and cheerful. Thank you guys for another excellent oil change.

5 hours I waited for my car??? The prices are good but the wait is ridiculous. Looks like the employees spend more time standing around talking, At one point four different employees all working on the same problem as if confused meanwhile my car sat outside ready to go & no one bothered to tell me it had been ready for a while. If I'm paying $400 for tires I expect better service.
