Very unprofessional and rude staff on Sunday’s I had a staff member in flip flops yelling and refusing to assist me with a product I purchased stating it was against policy for her to help us When we asked about her wearing flip flops while working in a warehouse environment and it being liability for her She said I can do what I want and I’ll close your account 🤔 I’m very confused and love having an account with badcocks.

Nice furniture, awful service. We ordered a sofa, quilt, and a dining room set. All came on time except for the dining room set. We were told it should arrive not too much later than the time of our move in September. We ordered the furniture in July, but understood the delay given the pandemic. It was further delayed, which we only found out when we called to check. We had to go there to check. We were told then that the factory was out of business. The dining set was coming a month after the first promise date. We asked if we could have the floor model, and the manager was rude but said he had to call 6 other people ahead of us on a wait list and would call us. He never did, and we were told on subsequently that he had family issues that were interfering with his activity when we again visited the store. It did arrive on the date promised, but near the very end of the 4 hour window, I called and was told by a young kid on my second call that they were 2 minutes away. An hour later the delivery guys came, but I didn't fault them as they never relayed that. Again, furniture is nice, and we did get help by an older lady who did her best to do right by us. Rest of store staff andre either incompetent or don't give a damn. For all this hassle we will never go back there. Shop there at your risk and tolerance for incompetence and or BS attitude.

Ms. Lisa and Chase I think his name is were very helpful. My brother and I came in a few months back to see if we can get pre-approved for furniture purchases and we came last weekend on the 9th and picked up furniture after ordering that Thursday. The staff was courteous and friendly and we even were able to share personal testimonies. Dealing with the staff felt like I was dealing with people I knew all my life. Pricing was good and I also loved their true review on the items in store because honesty is really big with me so I appreciated that as well. Would definitely suggest they go back there and deal with Ms. Lisa, Frank and Chase. Frank was the only person working when I came to pick up 2 sizey orders but had no problem. Even though he forgot one box I wasn't upset because of how professional and nice he was and I was able to get it that Sunday. Definitely will shop with them in the future.
