Very disappointed in poor customer service and lack of accountability. Called ahead to the store at 6:20pm to find out what time the store closed rep said 8pm. Found a sitter for my kiddos and drove 35 minutes to my nearest location only for them to be closed. I phoned inside after I arrived and was told by staff Oh The Girl Who Told You That is Still Kinda New She Said 8pm But She Got it Mixed up We Closed at 7pm... it was literally shortly after 7 and people were still in the store. I asked why didnt someone just ring me back the moment she hung up and realized she sd the wrong time (no response). My sitter cost me $25, my premium gas for my SUV cost me $4.95/gal, I had to drive 32 miles EACH WAY and my time! This is beyond ridiculous. It was suggested that I just return the next business day. Why would I commute 128 miles and pay a sitter twice... to purchase items that wont cost me more than $50. The complete disregard for my time was just beyond disappointing.

I loved that the store was huge but very organized. The prices were affordable as well. And who does not love clearances?? Eventhough someof the items were on sale, I can still get my sizes which is every nice..

Nice large store. You can find clothing and accessories for any occasion here for very cheap. I love coming here with friends. You always need to try clothes on before you buy them here because they sometimes fit weird and the sizes are off a lot. Also my friend and I recently bought a shirt here and she wore it that night, and it broke within 30 minutes of wearing it and they wouldn’t let her exchange it for a different one because it was from the sale rack. She didn’t even want a refund or anything. So we had to sew it back together.

Always been one of my favorite stores, but today I had a terrible interaction with the male that works there. Came in to do a simple exchange for something I JUST bought within the hour and he then told me if the exchange didn’t work out that I couldn’t return it and get my money back. With COVID going around and your dressing rooms being closed. I didn’t see why it would have to be a final sale? And he also didn’t have to be rude about it...

Absolutely love this store! I take my teenage daughter here quite often. The last time we were there I took them for Valentine's Day. I told my girls and I wanted to spoil them for the day and they could buy anything they wanted! I was the one that ended up spending almost $500 on myself and then when I got to the register one cashier rang in half and then another cashier came in and rang the other happen and when I got home I was missing a bag or 2 with a lot of items in it. I live near the villages so it's not really that close to the Gainesville Mall so I wasn't able to go back to the store within the 7 days to see if I could retrieve the rest of my belongings I had purchased. I called the manager the day after we were there and she wanted me to bring all of the items that I had purchased so we can figure out where my missing stuff was. Needless to say I never did make it back up there, ever since Valentine's my life has been pretty busy. Now I'm out of some money and some items that I had purchased that I was really looking forward to. Overall I absolutely love Forever 21!!!

I never really shop here , but i ordered some work shoes online and wasnt the right size & they had to give me store credit apparently couldnt even get my money back even though i used my card , Second time i returned something wasnt my size they still couldnt give me my money back considering it didnt fit me and they’re dressing rooms are closed & then they told me their policy doesnt honor returns basically so be thankful . Terriable experience considering this is the 3rd time i shopped from them. Although they have decent sales & cute clothes

I had gone to forever 21 with my baby looking for a specific item. I have a medical condition that compromises my breathing when wearing a mask. I had been to a few stores in the mall and had told the people who worked there that I had a medical condition and they were completely understanding. Forever 21 however did not. Not only was I harassed about not wearing a mask I was also followed and being told I had to wear a mask. Not even keeping 6ft apart from me and my baby. This was extremely annoying. Each person who worked there tonight harassed me about not wearing a mask. When I literally cannot wear one. Not only were they NOT understanding but also I didn't get to finish shopping because of how I was treated. Definitely not coming back here again. Worst experience I have ever had with them.
