If I could give them a no star I would!! Horrible staffs and management I went in today 10/22 to pick my online order!! I walked to the front and without being greeted the cashier looked at me said with an annoyed voice what can I do for you.. I said him I’m here for a pick up an order he’s like what pick up what order I said on line he’s sighed and just stand there doing what ever he’s doing and went on the device and then walked back and grab it bring it and give it to me with one finger right when I grab it he lets it go so quick like he’s so cross out by me and didn’t even say thank you have a good night nothing I said thank you and still nothing reply I called from my car as I was looking thru the window he went and grab a lady I’m guessing she the manager or what ever she is there they walked out she grab the phone but didn’t answer the calls put the phone down walked back and forth and keeping looking around then answer harshly I understand everyone have bad days I work in customer service too I know there can be horrible customers but if I come in and didn’t give you no issue or disrespect you I ask for the same in return I always come here and this is the first time I have this kind of nonsense this is why they don’t have good reviews cause the way they treat and talks to customers… I went in around 7-8 at night on 10/22/22

I always have a good experience with the pharmacist and the staff especially at night when I come to pick up my mom’s medications. The pharmacist and her staff at night were very helpful and kind. I had a topical cream that was not covered by my insurance but she suggested me to go online and get a coupon. I was able to save money because of her.

Terrible customer service transferred my prescription and didn't fill it. At 2 pm I was told ot would be ready at 5 30 and then at 6 45 was told that they don't have my medication at their location

Obviously from good reviews of pharmacies at other Walgreens location as compared to the dismal reviews of this location there is a level of incompetency that poses a serious danger to customers' health and lives. I've been doing business with this location for years as it is closest to where I live. Every month I get the same LIFE SAVING medication prescriptions filled at this Walgreens location, every month they tell me the same thing, that refills are not automatic and that I am not allowed to order my medications more than 5 days in advance; and every month when I order my medication 5 days in advance I am told that they are out of stock on my medications and and won't have them back in stock until after I am out of my medications, causing me to become very sick for days because I have to go without my medications.

Worst pharmacy around. Prescription was sent to them Wednesday come Friday to pick up and it’s not in stock. Pharmacist said won’t be in stock until Monday. Monday is here and they still don’t have it in stock and I was told by the pharmacist “I meant to call you but forgot”. This is mental health medication. She then said she would do a partial fill and work things out. Then I get a call back saying they can’t do that because my doctors office is in Jupiter and my address on my ID is also Jupiter, and that I need a local address to fill here. WHAT A JOKE OF A STORE AND MANAGEMENT.

Horrible service and the pharmacist here have made several mistakes with filling my scripts. If you request a certain manufacture you can bet they are going to get it wrong, I would encourage you to double check your bag before leaving. I complained to their corporate office. I will see how they address a pharmacist's incompetence.

What Pharmacy employees a Pharmacist that cannot follow a Doctor's instructions? Should just print it out and put it on the bottle. They are the worst. Unfortunately I take a lot of medication due to a rare Pulmonary disease and between Walgreens and Aetna, I rarely get my medication regularly. They truly care little about people, so it does no good to complain and that's even if there's any to complain to. STORE FULL OF INCOMPETENCE.

I went to get a med and I had a coupon for one of them. Since I had a baby in the car and in the middle of a pandemic I asked the technician (small Indian Lady) to accept the coupon by the drive thru. She said she could not do it. I explained her why I could not go inside and she still denied it. I find this attitude very rude. Specially since I have been an old customer and she could see that I had a baby in the car. She even made me turn the car off because she said she could not hear me. Anyway I am moving my meds to another store. I wish the store manager could read these reviews and make some adjustments.

Stay away for covid vaccines. They don't honor appointments. The staff very unhelpful. Got here at 935 for 945 appointments. 30 minutes later , no on in my front still no response. The 1015 appointments who got here at 930 , now gets to before. Why have appointments then. It should be First come First serve. My family has appointments in other Walgreens. It was breeze and they loved.. Disorganized is word here

The worst pharmacies I have ever used. Moved my and my mom's prescription to this one because it was closer to where we move. Used another Walgreen for 30+ years. Needless to say I have now moved back to my old Walgreen's. It is worth the drive. The pharmacist in that store should be fired and the pharmacy staff too. Tried to get my insulin, once everything was straightened out, they didn't call and tell my that they were out. I called and asked could you find a store that has it? Was told they were to busy to call for me to do it. Called my old Walgreen's and they did not have any, but called and found it for me. This is not how you treat people. Lisa
