I love extra space! I have been using them for little over 2 years now. But I don’t think I would change it. Yes prices have gone up. ( which stinks) but for my items to safe and secure and not a 24 Hr facility i honestly prefer. It’s easy access in and out of the storage facility. The staff has always been wonderful. I just recently acquired another unit I have a climate controlled as well as a drive up outdoor. Both are super clean inside the units as well as the facility is clean. Never see trash or random items sitting outside. The out door units have small light which is nice. Because some usually don’t have that at other storage facilities for outdoor units.. Honestly check the site for pricing as well as reach out to them they’re more than willing to get you the best they can at market pricing for storage.

The process to reserve and pay for a storage unit is so easy and quick. The facility is extremely clean and very neat and organized. The use of the carts is a nice extra. I know that my items in storage will be safe with their simple security system. It is a place you want to keep your belongings!

Gail helped us decided which unit was the best for us. Especially when we had to suddenly move and downsize. Facitilites are kept very clean and cool. And the security measures they take ensures that I'm the only one that will access my unit.

Very pleasantly surprised. I chose Extra Space Storage because of the convenient location but they were actually cheaper than the other larger known storage names. Not only was the online process quick and easy but I was really amazed at how clean the facility was when I arrived. Have used many different storage places over the years and this is by far the cleanest place. The office staff was very friendly and helpful when I bought some supplies. Definitely happy with my decision.

We relocated from CA and needed a storage facility that could hold our belongings while we search for a permanent home for a few months. We are very pleased with the service and Gail (manager) is a gem! She answered all our questions and clarified any confusion me might have. The rates are unmatched for what you are getting compared to other storage facilities in the area. The staff is professional and their facilities are clean, safe and secure. We are very happy clients. No complaints whatsoever!

I was able to rent my unit over the phone. It was quick and easy process. I believe Gail was the name of the woman that helped me. She was so sweet and helpful. I was renting a unit from Public Storage and I am very glad I decided to switch.

Good clean well maintained storage facility with a great on site manager, Gale. However, beware rate increases are frequent and heavy. There is no rhyme or reason as to how the increases are given but I've had 2 in less than a year. Gale will do what she can to help mitigate the increases but she can only do so much. So do your comparative shopping. Tried calling the number provided in their response to me. It an automated line for making payments with no human contact option available.

I needed a large storage space quickly and evidently they are hard to come by in the Dunedin/Clearwater FL area. I reserved the last one Extra Space Storage had online and then received a message that this was first-come-first serve even with a reservation. I quickly called to make sure I secured the unit and had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a very long time. Gail was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. She answered all of my questions, gave me a lot of unsolicited information that she felt would assist me and even laughed at a couple of my dumb jokes. The transaction went smoothly. I got the storage unit I wanted and electronic contracting and payment went without a hitch. Thank you Gail and Extra Space Storage for making my life a lot easier.

Been at this facility for a long time. Recently upsides to fit our needs. Gayle (spelling) was so helpful and hooked us up. She is the best of all the managers we've dealt with in our many experiences when needed. Prices are better here too.
