If I could give a negative number I certainly would. I've been coming here a while and in recent years their service has become so terrible it unbeleivable. My husband has been waiting almost two months for his medication to come in they supposedly put his name on a list and we we're assured that once the medication came in we would be notified it's almost the close of month 2 and he tried calling could not get anyone on the phone so he went in and it was admitted in front of him that they have had it in it was actually another medication all together that was on back order so instead of giving him his full prescription the pharmacy staff continued with the current lie she told my husband and gave him 7 doses still continuing to claim they we're out after another pharmacy staff mentioned they had it in stock. My problem is even if that we're the the case at one point this month you had enough to fill my husband's script that he has been waiting on for almost 2 months but are now almost out because you chose not to notify him keep in mind he's on an out of stock list and was to be notified as soon as they had more in. Some of their staff are truly fantastic, but very few of them now. I hope they get recognized for their wonderful service but as a whole this pharmacy is horrible most of the pharmacy staff are rude and judgmental it's out right offensive. So I recommend spending a little more gas money and go somewhere that deserves your hard earned money. Somewhere that understands that we're not just customers but people in need of our medication. We don't need gate keepers who know nothing about us as patients or as people.

July 15, 2022 Friday A very disturbed, angry, harassing, prejudiced, healthy young man about 30 years old, driving a old green Explorer vehicle, license tag : HOYEAAA, took up on purpose, two front parking spots, in the very front of the CVS store, on 6501 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida, on Friday morning, July 15, 2022. I am a hard working, good citizen, and a proud senior citizen, and there are very few parking spots up front, and it is a smaller parking lot, so All Customers should have the legal right to get a parking spot, and so I said something about this negative parking situation to my wife as we were entering the store!! I said" Why would some one, purposely take up two parking spots, when there are so many sick covid people out here, who might need a front parking spot, and can't physically walk a long distance to the CVS front doors!! There are many good customers out there, all ages, who need to be able to get a parking spot, at this very small, narrow parking lot at at CVS, in Milton Florida!" This Disturbed young man, shouted that it was his important vehicle, and that he will always park always like this, taking up to spots, because, he feels that "ALL OLD PEOPLE", have made him do this parking action!! He said he will always take up 2 spots, always!! He said he hates old people!! This Disturbed young man, with his old green Explorer, said that all OLD PEOPLE, are horrible drivers, and are horrible people, and are a big threat to "possibly" damaging his old green Explorer SUV Vehicle, tag number: HOYEAAA! This Disturbed young man then hatefully insulted my wife and I, just because we are older, and proceeded to say many more hateful, discriminating things against old people!! We got quickly away from this irrational, disturbed young man, and we stayed inside the store, as he thankfully drove away!! First of all, we just wanted to shop at CVS and we are blessed that we are healthy and strong, and we did not need a front parking spot! But, What about other CVS good customers, of all ages? We did not deserve to be insulted by this hateful, discriminating and irrational young man, who shouted out in the parking lot, that he hated all old people and that old people will hurt his vehicle !! Wow!! Please be careful of this young, big white male, about 30 years old, who feels such strong hate for old people!! This world needs kindness and needs respect for each other, all ages, all cultures, and from all back grounds!! We felt threatened and insulted verbally by this scary and irrational, age discriminating, white big male, about 30 years old, driving an old green Explorer vehicle, parked up front at the CVS store, on purpose taking two parking spots! W e will not shop any more at this CVS, because, it feels dangerous, unsafe to us! We told the workers inside, who did nothing to help us!! Minute Clinic Review: attempted to be seen multiple times, the employee must be extremely lazy or nonexistent. If you go in person you make your appt via machine and it doesn't tell you until you've gone through the entire process that they're not accepting appts. I watched an elderly man struggle through the process only for him to sigh, look defeated and proceed to look for medicine alone. I then made an appt online, confirmed, prechecked in, and it was canceled day of (surprise, surprise). Apparently your appt. can be canceled due to bad weather, being in Florida I'm assuming the clinic is closed most days.

I was post neurosurgery and needed 2 scripts filled. My doctor recommended going through drive through. There was 1 car in front of me. We waited 15 minutes and the line never moved. Inside, we waited 10 more minutes to drop off the scripts behind 1 customer. We were then told it would’ve an hour. I explained this was post surgery and my meds would need to be filled quickly. They didn’t care. We returned an hour later. We were told it would’ve another 30 minutes. The store had no more than a few customers.then it was their lunch hour. It’s currently 2 hours, scripts still are not filled and the pain is unbearable. A complaint was made to the manager. He did nothing but apologize. This is the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever used! If you have choices ( I don’t)… go elsewhere!!

So I'm not given the store or the pharmacy themselves a review because I always have issues and they are always super slow. What I want to give a review on his one of the techs I spoke with in the pharmacy. His name was Damion (might have spelled that wrong) I had some cream that was sent in on 13th. My husband went to pick up one of my meds while there the person helping him told him that they never got the script from my doctor. 2 days later I call my doctor. She confirms that they accepted my script but went ahead and sent it again. So I call the pharmacy and boy I was blessed for this awesome tech to answer the phone. Not only did Mr.Damion confirm the script has been on hold since the 13th because they were out. So he put me on hold to go check. Now when he gets back on the phone with me he confirms they are out. Instead of telling me to have a nice day and check back later he ask me what my number is so he can call other local stores to see if they had it. Sure enough WITHIN 10 mins he calls me having it on hold at another location and is sending my script to them. This man understood my pain and went above and beyond!!! I have NEVER had anyone else ever in my life go above and beyond like Mr.Damion did.. I am very blessed for him taking my call.. This is at the Milton Florida location!!!

This cvs has the worst pharmacy ever. The line for drive through is always and 1hour or longer wait and half the time the medicine isn't ready. I don't like going in since I have a little one with me and it's hard since he wants things and throws a fit when I say no and I don't want people to hear him scream and cry. Need better pharmacy service.

Love the self checkout! Money Gram machine up front too. Capital One checking customers can now deposit cash at CVS! How cool is that? Very cool. Tara is very professional, quick and accurate!

My wife was just harassed about her coupon her doctor gave her for some medicine and then was talked about to other coworkers in a negative tone. She was also "helped" with getting her coupon verified in some way and once she had the help the lady who helped her told her to finish the process by going to the back of the line and then threw her medicine in a random bin and it took some time for the next lady to find it. Also a side note about the "fridge" her medicine was in was apparently not organized at all and it took some time to even find the medicine. Overall we will not be going back due to one lady's attitude and disrespect for her customer and those around her that saw and heard all of this. This is not a store I want to associate with.

I walked in and was immediately helped to find the medicine I needed. Lady was super helpful in getting me what I needed. Then was waiting for check out and an older gentleman that worked there came and helped me get checked out quicker. A super fast and nice experience! I can’t say I have ever been helped so much at any other store I’ve gone to like this!

They need to improve their system of receiving and filling prescriptions. For the second time today, my doctor called in a prescription. It went to their voice mail, since no one is ever available to answer the phone. They don't seem to have anyone monitoring their voice mail. When I go to pick it up, they say that they haven't received it, because they haven't checked their voice mail.
