Small quaint old fashion type family bakery. I always stop when in Milton because their baked goods are always fresh. No cookie cutter goods just plain great taste bakery products. Greeted pleasantly & quick service. Always a line a t drive thru window.

Boston cream doughnut is amazing!! The filling is just the right flavor! The chocolate on top is I believe more of a milk chocolate than dark chocolate! Very delicious. Raspberry doughnut is pretty good too! I expected creamier jam and powdered sugar vs the sugar they put on top. The staff is very friendly and fast! Definitely recommend stopping by this little shop! 🍩

I have been buying donuts from this bakery for almost 48 years and my mom and dad grew up eating their insanely delicious desserts. It’s an iconic place that is instilled in Milton’s history, if you have lived here for any amount of time or just passed through then you know how delicious their fresh homemade donuts and desserts are. We were honored to play a small part in getting them back up and going so they could get back to doing what they do best, making people smile. I can’t wait to get a few dozen for Team Family Heating & Air, they worked hard to get the HVAC back up and going so they could open up in time.

Last Monday, August 1st was their grand re-opening since a storm in April had heavily damaged the building. We were there late in the day, and really expected them to be sold out of everything judging by the full parking lot, and the bakery itself was full of people. But we were pleasantly surprised because the hard-working, friendly staff had kept the goodies coming for all the customers. We left with an ample supply of donuts, brownies and cupcakes, and they were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend Milton Quality Bakery to everyone; you won't be disappointed.

Had never been here as it was my first time visiting. Based on reviews and feedback from friends, I thought I’d give it a try and man it was good. Donuts were buttery and melted in your mouth. Wait was alittle long but I can understand now why with how good these donuts were. The girls up front were good at getting people out fast so if you gotta wait 20 minutes it’s more than worth it even for a glazed lol!

We always love their doughnuts and devil dogs. The prices are amazing. Today we had a not great experience that started with two employees bickering and the woman helping us stated "I knew I shouldn't come to work today." She got our order wrong too. We were already gone when we noticed and it wasnt a huge deal. Usually they are amazing so we know its just an off day.

I am so glad this bakery is back in business. To see so many people in the community show up to support them in their reopening, tugged at my heart strings! The prices are reasonable, and the doughnuts are so good, I consider them mini cakes. Definitely recommend this local treasure!

What an amazing experience. Very busy but got us in & out quickly. Such a friendly staff & so many choices of cookies, pies, donuts cakes. We have been here 3 times this week after finding them. Love love the wedding cookies & French apple pie.

This has now become an absolute must do every time I visit the area - The doughnuts are phenomenal, and the service is friendly. I will wait impatiently for my next visit to indulge in more of their deliciousness. Their cake doughnuts are particularly divine.
