The store has a little bit of everything but most important it's a staff. Every time I go there I am asked by at least two people if I need any help. Very friendly and accommodating with prices consistent with the big box stores.

Can't believe all the things they have in the store. The majority of the items I can actually reach. If you need help it's easy to find assistance and they're able to help you no matter what area you're in. I love this place. Sometimes I just walk around like a kid in a candy store.

Nice selection of hardware supplies. They had a small tube of plumber's grease, which was exactly what I was looking for. The AC filter selection is good. Helpful staff that greets you warmly when you enter the store. Will do more business with them from now on.

The young men working inside were very polite and nice. But beware the website falsely advertises curbside pickup (a main reason for me visiting this store) and yet when I arrived I was informed they do not offer curbside. Very inconvenient when I had both my little ones in the truck sleeping. Will stick to my Ace store in Odessa from now on.

It definitely did not beat the Ace Hardware in Dubedin, but it was clean & the people were very helpful. They answered all my questions regarding paint without acting irritated. That was awesome. Lol

Staff is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and can direct me to the area of the store to find what I am in need of. The store is clean, well stocked and items, sizes, etc. are clearly marked. I enjoy shopping at this store.

Love the small store experience and helpful associates but the prices are a little higher than the big box stores and predictably there are times when they don't have what I need. It's a price I'm willing to pay.

Grace and Bailen are the very reason you want to choose Ace over Home Depot and Lowes. I was met at the door by Grace and was assisted immediately. She truly knew about everything in the store so not only did I not have to track her down but she also didn’t pass me off. Bailen was at the register and was so polite even though I mispronounced his name like 3 times. I’d drive past 10 Home Depot’s to go to this Ace.
