Now selling beer…really? The new store format is meant to hide the fact they aren’t getting anymore the cheap chinese junk. Fill the balance of the store with beer and chips.

Worst customer service ever. I had a surprise party and they didnt deliver on time or even complete. Have to go by myself to the store to claim and after telling me that everything was delivered they find part of my order. They dont answer the phone and when they do it just put you on hold. Disgusting place! Waste of time and money

Great update and floor plan. Big focus on balloons. However, I just waited 25 minutes for 8 balloons and there was only 1 customer ahead of me and 3 girls working. One girl was just complaining the entire time.

Store is empty and I see a gentlemen having his balloons filled as he waits. I Ask a staff member if a certain balloon is available. Her response - “if you don’t see it there, we don’t have it.” I find the balloon I was looking for in the assortment of displayed balloons. I go to pay and am told I would have to wait 30 min to have my balloons filled as there are other orders ahead of mine. I remind you, the store is empty and there are 4 staff members behind the helium balloon bar. Surely a staff member could have filled my purchase, as i waited while the others continued. That was not an option. A missed sale and opportunity, as I left without the balloons.

This the worst and unorganized store I've ever been too. There was only one cashier and a line of people while employees where in their phones and playing on tic toc. One employee was pretending to work walking around placing items randomly not in the right place. Store looks like trash tons of boxes unopened and merchandise everywhere.

Long lines and shirt staffed. The poor girl was left alone while over 10 ppl complained in line. I felt so bad for her. Then another worker just said "ok I'm off" and it was like.. really? They're very nice other than that.

Another fun store. Some similar items are cheaper at Walmart but they have exclusive produts and friendly staff.

I have been in line for over 20 minutes when I wrote this review waiting on the only cashier while other employees are inflating balloons and talking. Why is there only one cashier working while others inflate balloons and talk instead of having more people cashing people out so the line doesn’t get so long?
