I went the morning of my kids' double birthday party to pick up a bouquet of mylar balloons. I was worried because I hadn't placed an order in advance... But I brought em up, they immediately inflated them for me and I was in and out in around 20 mins!! (I had a few extras I needed like cake plates and a bday sign, etc)... The balloons were ready in a matter of 5 mins!! Great service!! Also they had a whole section of Sonic the Hedgehog themed things which weren't even ON their website yet because I LOOKED for Sonic stuff online with Party City and NOTHING showed up. So glad I went in!!

I ordered a 48ct of bubbles for 2 prekindergarten classrooms. I ordered online to pick up in store. When I got to the store I received several bags of individually wrap bubbles when I thought I was going to get a set how it was advertised online. I did not open the bags until I got to work the next day and the bubbles were dented, misshapen, and faded. I would have been OK if the order had been canceled but to sell someone something that looks like that is really unacceptable. Not wanting to disappoint the kids I gave them the bubbles and none of them were able to blow bubbles. The solution was so old that they were unable to make bubbles. We threw them away. It was a very disappointing experience.

They are quick and friendly. Needed a balloon for my daughter's birthday but forgot to pre-order. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. This location also has more things in stock than others.

The young cashier was very pleasant to me, I wished i could give her 10⭐'s . She spoke and was very kind, even when the store was busy with last minute Halloween shoppers, she was still patient. I wished her name was on my receipt. It just have Reg 4 on it. The floor associates was moving as if they didn't want to be noticed as workers a few looked right at me and didn't even speak or asked if they could help. I worked retail for 20 years and the one thing that was very important is customer service.

Every time I have attended this Party City I always have really great experiences. Last time I came everyone in the entire store said hello and welcomed me to Party City as I walked in. I really appreciated that, about 4 employees did that. It was very welcoming and inviting but not only that once I needed some help with picking and inflation of balloons they all were kind, professional and pleasant. I wish I paid enough attention to their names but I didn't and I have never seen them before. I only remember Faith, I called prior to going to the store and asked about if they had a specific balloon I wanted in stock. Faith was very courteous to me and extremely polite. I ended seeing her in the store along with others I didn't see their names but were all just like her. Thank you all and keep up the good work it is very appreciated.

So yesterday I placed an online order for a few items at party city in sunrise. This morning it was canceled. I was told the items ate in the store but haven’t been taken out of the boxes yet and try back in a week or two. I checked my account this morning I had been charged twice for the same order one saying $30.02 the other $30.01. Those charges are displayed as pending so hopefully they clear any my money is returned. Being that I needed the items I ordered curbside pick up from the Pembroke Pines location. No curbside parking was available so I called the store and parked as close as possible. A lady answered and asked my name and order number. 26 minutes later I still had not recorded my items. So, I call again. The same lady answered and said she thought they brought me my stuff I should just come inside and get it. I come inside and she asks me the exact things she claimed to have written down while we were on the phone. She proceeds to tell me there’s no order under my name there’s a order for Anthony…which is my last name! This entire process was a complete waste of time and an inconvenience. The staff was unorganized and the entire ordeal was a hassle. My order was ready 5 hours before I arrived. Plenty of time to have everything situated. Furthermore, I had received a 15 percent discount for signing up via email on the first order that was canceled. I ended up paying $8 more than when I first attempted to place my order.
