Clean store and the employees are always friendly... they have ample size handicap bathrooms and they ate always clean as well.... the shelves are always stocked and every time I've been there looking for something someone has always approached me asking if I needed help finding something... great store

There are 10 people in line with only one employee at self checkout. You can’t even self checkout cause employee login is required. Drop the self checkout and get more qualified employees to assist customers.

Somebody needs to thank the manager at this particular Lowe's. I'm in here a lot, at least once a week, and I honestly enjoy spending my time and money here. What I really appreciate are the guys and gals that help when needed, and are always so willing pitch in their manpower or assistance.

Me and my family love this place. We used to go to the home Depot but then they stopped giving out military discounts so now we go here. The tools are good, but be careful of what you are buying. We got a ton of PVC pipe from the same rack but some of it didn't fit, so now we always check in store for the right sizes

Good Lowes. Blue all over the place so you know you're not in Home Depot... this location is clean and well maintained. The parking lot can be a handle to get in and out of depending which way you're going and it's usually pretty busy.

I went in on a limited time frame and Annette saw me looking like a dear in headlights and approached me this sweet voice saying, "can I help you find something?" and from the she became an Angel and helped me find something that wasn't in her department then helped me with my appliance selections. If you are in need of appliances, ANNETTE IS YOUR GO TO IN APPLIANCES!! SHE KNOWSSSS HER STUFF and is a polite, friendly & amazing multitasker. THANKS ANNETTE at Lowes. 😁

This review is for the shades installment. I ordered 9 shades to be cut and installed. The contractor company came out to measure all my windows. I took the measurements back to the store to and picked out my shades at the Airport Blvd location. But their machine was down to cut them so I had to take them to the 9 mile road store to get them cut. When I had our appointment for them to install, 6 of them were cut completely wrong! Either they were too long or way too short for the window. But now the cutting machine at 9 mile road is broke! What a complete waste!!! We have been waiting over a month to get these installed and now we have to find another store to cut them

It was pretty big and mostly I checked out the plants while my husband was finding gate hardware. Not too bad on the plant selection, just nothing I was looking for today. They do still have a few fruit trees, but mostly flowers right now.

This location is o.k. Better then the home depot next door though. Went to buy some plants and gardening supplies. Prices have increased dramatically!😣I guess that's everywhere though. Plus,I can never read the credit card machine?! Is it just me?
