Always have a problem with my prescriptions every month!!! My Dr.s office called them twice and was put on hold and never came back!! They are also very rude! I'm changing pharmacies. I filed a complaint.with the BBB.

So much makeup!!!! I didn’t like how one day there were two homeless guys outside hanging out because I was there with my twelve year old daughter. So I let a worker know and by the time I came out they were gone.

CVS is my "GO TO" drugstore. I've never had a problem with prescriptions. Great sales on vitamins and supplements that are plentiful and generous. This is also the place I go when I need injections of anything they supply that I might need. I don't know who trains their druggists on the use of a hypodermic, but they need to get a medal for doing an amazing job!

My doctor called in a prescription for me. I went through the drive through straight from my dr’s office at 7:45 to pick it up and they told me it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I returned at 8:02 and they were closed and even though they were still there did not help me. No one bothered to tell me they were CLOSING in 15 minutes when I was there the first time. I would have waited. So frustrating and so very inept and uncaring on their part.

This CVS Pharmacy must be one of the worst in the CVS system of incompetence. This review is ONLY for the Pharmacy. I have been going to this CVS for almost 5 years. Regardless time of the day, day of the week, the telephone takes a very long time to get answered, if they answer they put you on hold until you give up, then few people understand English. The incompetence is unlimited. Ari as she calls herself the manager but can't manage, her customer service skills are 3/10 max, she is not a problem solver. Truly pathetic. They sold me serious meds that did not conform to safety stds. Kept blaming Amneal (the manufacture). I tried to explain to her that I paid CVS but she is just incompetent!

I have never been inside this store. I went to get tested for COVID. I have another CVS a lot closer but this one was the only one that had an appointment available. I had to wait a week for it though. That's ridiculous. If someone has symptoms, they need to get tested now, not a week from now. Once we got there, for some reason it took a while for us to finally get the test kits but once we did, the process was quick and simple. However, they need to be more helpful, particularly with the elderly. My mother in law, who got tested too, did not understand how to break off the tip of the swab into the tube and the young lady at the window was not much help.

I usually have positive experiences at this CVS. But I feel that it’s important to call out lazy employees. In fact, this is my first complaint. The employee, “E”, went to get my photos. He was wearing earbuds and couldn’t hear my name. He told me there were no photos. I tried to show him my name on my credit card to no avail. So, I went home and reordered. When I went back there were different people working. They found my original prints, as well as the new. They were lovely and professional. “E” needs to either listen to the customers or find a job where he can wear his earbuds. Seems simple to me.

I had the best experience with a pharmacist Ari ! I did not have an appointment for a shot but she took the time to give me one. She was very nice, polite, informative, and gave a excellent shot no pain in my arm then or afterwards. CVS is extremely lucky to have her on staff. I am coming all the way from the Keys (Marathon) 3 hrs away to get my second shot from her. Thank You Ari !!!! Karen

Horrible experience!!!!!!! When calling in a prescription for my patient. I spoke with Arie from the first phone call that was recorded in my office she came across very rude and disrespectful. She said the prescriptions were not called in when they were. What Arie neglected to do was help the patient that just came out of an intense treatment pick up his prescriptions. She stated that the patient would need to go to another CVS several miles from his home to pick up the prescription. When I called the other CVS on Okeechobee he stated that she can just look them up and give them to the patient since all CVS's are connected. I called Arie back she had a horrible attitude, I asked to speak with a manager she stated she was the pharmacy manager. I told her that she could have helped the patient get all his medications and she wanted to get into it with me about why we prescribed what we prescribed, I stated we gave the patient options if you gave him one medication then you should have filled the other four. Moral of this review is that this was a very unprofessional experience and I will not have the patient go to this CVS again.

The place used to be a 24 hour CVS Pharmacy but now they've gone back to normal hours. They rehired new staff and they seem more attentive and friendly. The inside is also been renovated. It has a very fast drive threw on the side as well.
