I went to take back an item I bought the previous day. Realized after purchasing that it was the wrong size. My mistake for not paying attention to the tag. No big deal I thought just exchange for the right size later. I could not have been more wrong. I had not worn the item and the clothing still had the tags on them, and no where on their recipt does it list ANY exclusions. I was not informed by any staffer while purchasing I would not be able to return OR exchange an item that was an incorrect size. I politely asked to explain my case to the manager in hopes of atleast exchanging it for the exact item only in a diffent size. Just for the manager to rudly say didnt my casheir already tell you NO .....We dont offer exchanges or returns even for items in the wrong size. I argued that the recipt does not state this and the items are new from literally the previous day I mean use common sense .... Only to be told if I dont want to purchase anything else their is nothing furthur to talk about. What good is a RECIPT if the company wont Honor their WRITTEN statements on it just an empty piece of paper why even hand them out with purchases SMH. I will not be shopping at burlington after this and I encourage you do the same. If you do I encourage you to atleast double check the size or try on every piece of clothing in store before making any purchases.

Burlington has updated their return policy. You can no longer return certain items like bras. Even though there is no mention of that on their receipts. Their return policy states that if you are unhappy for any reason, to bring it back with your receipt within 30 days & get your purchase price back.????

This is the cleanedt store i have ever seen. The floors are like mirrors and the racks are tight. The ladies at the register were fantastic.The employees have done an amazing job here.

I love to shop at Burlington I love the prices but for some reason this year they really didn't get all the little boys suit and the cute little girl dresses that they normally have

Shoe section gets an F....they used to have the best reasonably priced designer shoes, but within the last few years, they have really gone down

Was going to pay and the cashier wanted to keep my change. So i had to return everything. I dont recommend anyone shopping at this location.

In line 35 minutes because no manager EVER came to the front to help the 1 cashier that was working while more than 20 customers waited patiently in line. We noticed 3 workers walking around stating that they would help but they are not trained to be a cashier. Very unprofessional and it appears to be a result of poor management.

This Burlington was clean and organized. The only thing that made this 4 star's was some merchandise was short or missing. Don't get me wrong, I don't blame the brick & mortar store. Their doing the best they can. Hopefully next time I visit, they will have a better variety of ladies sneakers in size 8 and 8 1/2.
