Excellent experience, we got to our apartment late in the evening, and the staff accommodated our entire family with adult meals and beverages, and kids meals for the kiddos. Nice, relaxing atmosphere, excellent food and drinks, fantastic service. Convenient to all locations in downtown, and the staff was great. Recommend highly.

The food here is nothing short of magic. It was presented like art and tasted like the most comforting part of heaven. I went during the tail end of Dragoncon on labor day weekend and the staff was attentive, welcoming and friendly despite dealing with who knows how many people between 60K con attendees and the people in town for the football game.

Great location, great atmosphere, amazing food! Myron is the best server you could ask for - attentive, quick and has amazing customer service! Definitely would visit again if I am ever back!

We've been to White Oak several times during this very busy weekend. We always look forward to the service, drinks and food. This wasn't the same experience. What went right: The PBJ app was inventive and perfectly seasoned. The desserts were well done. The pot de creme was the best thing we had - a great play of textures. The chocolate cake was rich. It had a granita and a tuile, which was interesting, but not a great structural execution choice together. It made the whole dish cold and coffee-flavored, and the granita took away from the crunch of the tuile. I wasn't mad about it, but it was the lesser dessert. What could be better: Our server was inattentive, and it wasn't that busy. The lobster beignets did have a good amount of meat in them -- definitely a plus. They were missing salt and acid to be balanced, and they were underdone (too squishy on the inside). The escargot was cooked perfectly, but also missing acid or something to balance the fattiness. The garden toast leaned into the sweetness, which was a choice. Our cocktails were flat, uninteresting and watery. Overall, not our best experience at White Oak, and we've been every year for the last five.

Great casual atmosphere, friendly and helpful waitstaff, and DELICIOUS food. Charcuterie board is a great starter along with fried green tomatoes. Cocktail and wine selections are ample. Lemon Basil Smash is a tasty cocktail . If I lived in the area I would be a regular.

Elegant, but casual dining. Cool atmosphere with a huge bar selection. Excellent service and the food was well plated and delicious to the last bite. The deviled eggs were creamy and mouthwatering. Crab sandwich was a huge portion and delicious. Blackberry old fashioned was a great addition, but beware it is on the sweeter side.

Sophisticated dining setting, tasty southern inspired foods, and great cocktails! We happened to visit valentine's day weekend so we got the vday 3 course meal ($60 per person) and we felt that it was a great deal considering that just an entree runs around ~$25 here. Autumn was an amazing server and provided us with a great first experience at White Oak. It's a good place for date night or a fancier night out with friends! Location is great too. We were able to easily walk over to the Tabernacle after dinner to attend a show.

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the she crab soup and short rib. Was so tasty and good sized portions. I originally came because the octopus appetizer sounded amazing, but apparently they change the menu often so it wasn’t available. But that’s ok because I was very pleased with what I was able to get! Loved the vibe of the place and Sam was an outstanding server. He gave great recommendations and was very personable. The only downside was an abundance of fruit flies or gnats flying around which was a little gross. But all in all, would definitely come back!

The setting of the restaurant was very modern with a little country accent. The food came fast. Tasted great and also beautifully plated. Prices were very reasonable. It was just one thing that I didn’t like which was the waiter made every fee like it was a burden or we were asking for too much. Other than that it was a great restaurant and would try again
