Wrecked my car and had to get a rental through my insurance. Walked in, had my car and my keys and was able to leave within 20 minutes of my arrival! Easier at rental car setup ever!!!

This location took money from out of my account without the authorization. Rental car was supposed to be paid by Geico since their customer damaged my vehicle. Before I left after returning the rental, an employee told me that they were going to bill Geico for the rental fee. A month later, Enterprise charged $324 dollars to my account unexpectedly. Use another rental franchise

My wife rented a car from there because a young lady ran the red light. When we returned the car there was no marks or dents on the car. My wife got news from her insurance that there was a big dent in which they sent her a pics. Please please do not use this car rental or u will regret it. Most all of Douglasville is either Good friends or Kin we will tell them to not use this company.

Where can I begin I made a reservation yesterday for today 5/21/22 was told they have pick up service I asked twice. Well call this morning to confirm find out since Covid they don't which is a lie. I rented last year and got picked up from another location hwy5. Anyways I explained the situation Ashton told me it was nothing he can do. I stated I'm 8 minutes away 6 if the 2 lights are green. He stated nothing he can for me in nasty way. (Smirk on his face) being a loyal customer over 10 years bought 3 vehicles from Enterprise car sales. I'm very disappointed now the deposit is $300 which 5 months ago it was $250 ok granted. I'm upset being a loyal customer I tell ya. Oh one more thing I sat on the phone the entire time as I walked to the location. When I arrived he stated to another two. To help me and went in the back. Sad I wish I could give 0 stars...so now it's 8/17/22 my company rented a vehicle from Enterprise come to find out they have me on the DO NOT RENT LIST.. why because of the disrespect and lies and emails from Enterprise..I'm so glad I never brought another car from this company. Yes I know it's retaliation and discrimination. If this is how Enterprise handle their customers sorry to say bad business

We were on our way out of town & had car trouble so we had to stop at Enterprise in Douglasville, GA on Fairburn Road 30 minutes before they closed! They took good care of us & the customer service was IMMACULATE! I definitely recommend!

Got a call from the collision center our car was done, Enterprise was closing when I dripped the car off but he was great and took the keys and told me I'd get an email. Super easy process all the way around and they guys were competent. The Enterprise we used to use had a rough time, but these guys are intelligent and problem solvers recommend this location above ALL others! Thanks guys your were AMAZING!!

Make sure you take pictures and video of the car you are picking up and when you return the vehicle. The BRANCH MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION IS SHADY AND LOW DOWN SHE WILL MESS YOU OVER WITH NO SHAME. She returned my car said everything looked good put me in a mustang which was an upgrade from the Nissan I returned the same day. Then 3 DAYS LATER she made a report stating I damaged the Nissan I returned had damage. So I call and speak with her about the email I received. She says call the number on the email and dispute it. Keep in mind she’s like I don’t know where that came from. When I speak with the ppl to dispute they tell me. Well the report came from her! I have a lawyer now and I’m ready to fight! I will not pay for damages I did not do! Period! Do not trust this location!!
