Horrible.They will bump up the prices when you ask the price for a service. There were a few good ones there that have left. To me you do better going to an outside beauty salon you get better service

Beverly was wonderful. She had to cut more off of my length than I wanted, but it wasn't her fault. Great clips cut it uneven with my last cut. I will definitely be going back! Thank you

Omg 😊😊 ! This hair salon got me, my little sister and my stepmom together ! We were welcomed in with love and Ms. Yolanda got me right. She washed my hair and pressed and trimmed it and added a little bounce back to my hair with my dead ends! I will be back ... i am so glad that we came by today. Services: Hairstyling, Haircut

The other day I made a last minute appointment with Yolanda and she was AMAZING!!! I am starting micro locs in my hair and definitely didn't have time to wash and put the proper grid in my hair so the fact that she was able to follow exactly what I wanted and needed was right on time. I'll definitely be coming back and bringing my family! Thank you so much for your kind personality and wonderful service!

If I could give this salon a zero star, I would. I had the worst hair cut of my life here. The lady cut way to much off, the back was uneven, and the layers in my hair was all over the place and not blended at all. I didn't bother going back to get it fixed because I wasn't going to let them touch it again. I had to go spend even more money elsewhere to get it fixed. More hair had to be cut off to fix it, so between the awful cut and then to fix it, half of my long hair was gone. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR.

I had to share my experience at Smart Style with Sonja and Katelyn. I was in a bind after going swimming Saturday and taking down my braids. Most salons were closed Sunday, so I took a chance and tried the Smart Style near me (I used to go to the Smart Style in college occasionally when I was in college.) I called to ask pricing questions over the phone, and Katelyn answered my questions with a positive attitude, and suggested that I come in for a free consultation. I have not had a relaxer since Sept 2019. My natural pattern hair type is 4A (I think). I decided to come in because the location was not too far away. Sonja the manager, did a hair consultation with me and helped me understand that it would be best to wait for the chemicals, because of the tension of the braids, and my itchy scalp. Sonja suggested a protein treatment and a deep condition. Katelyn shampooed and detangled my transitioning hair so gently. She had the proper tools! Sonja trimmed my hair, per my request and Katelyn styled my hair and laid my edges. These ladies had me feeling fabulous when I left :) Not only did we do what was good for my hair, but we also did some goal talking, which I love :) I will be back! Thank you!

My husband and son went up there to get their haircut and the woman who did it was fantastic. She listened to everything they wanted and took her time. We will definitely visit this place again!

The cut seemed nice at the salon while wet, I was happy..but when I got home, the longest ends needed to be trimmed, which i did myself..the highlights were not ombre like the photo but more like stripes on a zebra.. i brought a photo, and it was not what i received. I was also charged for leave in conditioner (which is not expensive at all.. but its the principle) that I never asked for. It was said after the fact and i didn't know i was getting charged. This is my honest review. I dont complain to the person who did my hair. I go for the initial haircut and move on if I dont like it... Im moving on.
