These ladies are awesome!! I've been coming here for years and have always been treated with the upmost respect. The techs go out of their way to help communicate with my Dr. to make sure I'm getting proper medicine. Some people like to think that as soon as your doctor sends a prescription over, that it will be instantly filled... that is not the case. These ladies work very hard, are quick and do a great job! The pharmacists are knowledgeable and will give all info on medications. I highly recommend this pharmacy! Thank y'all for your hard work! :D

Prescriptions not ready hours after quoted pickup time and still had to wait in store for 15 minutes. I informed the clerk that I couldn't wait that long as I'm on my break and was told that's how it works here and I'd have to wait. Will not return.

Greeted with an attitude. Problem picking up medicine so they told me they where going to call. Waited 4 days for response about my medication, only to have to call back up there to get an updated when i was instructed to wait on a call about my medication from the doctor that was out of network i was so sick and needed the medicine but they did not care. I almost died waiting to hear something back. Mitchell is very rude and unprofessional. She is the reason for me switching pharmacies. She is not happy with her job. I whould highly recommend she finds another careers. Its just a paycheck for her. Her heart is not to serve the people. Go somewhere else besides Wal-Mart.

Worse service ever! Dropped off prescriptions and told it'd be ready in 30 minutes. Did some shopping came back 45 minutes later. Stood in line for 10 minutes and was then informed the prescriptions HADN'T EVEN BEEN ENTERED!!! Needless to say I was LIVID 😡 My 91 year old dad was in the car suffering with severe back pain after leaving the Urgent Care. Never will I go there again!!!

I have had the same prescription for almost two years and every month at refills it is wrong. I wait in the pick up line to find out it is wrong, then have to stand in the drop off line to fix it, just to go back to the pick up line and wait all over again. They have the best price for my meds that is the only reason I return.

All the lab employees are great! For over 3 years now they have keep my husband with the right meds... with a few issues (as with Any establishment) but always with a smile! Thank you to all those that work in the pharmacy...

Worst pharmacy, going to change to Ingles.... They will lie in your face, sat up here for an hour waiting on scripts that was called in by my doctor, it was just sitting on there voicemail an no one was checking in at all.. What kind of pharmacy doesn't check the voicemails for the doctor call in.. Rude nasty acting pharmacists am techs... You get what you pay for... Never again... Nothing but scum working at this location.. The techs are a joke.. Obviously welfare females whom are working only because the gov told them to get a job

Been getting my meds from there for over a year now but they always act like they're seeing me for the first time. They never reorder my prescription when they run out. When I need a refill that's when they decide to order it, so I have to wait a couple days. Meanwhile, "Mr. Charley" comes in and everybody greets him, he gets hugs, he drops off his prescription, they have it ready in 5 mins! I've been sitting here 10 mins after 2 tours of the store. He in there 10 mins tops, leave with all his meds. Everybody says "goodbye Mr.Charley" in unison. I've been here 30 mins and I have to come back in 2 days! Then I have to teach them how to spell my name over and over!

The bakery workers refused to make a blue line cake for a retiring law enforcement officer. The employees are still employed. Sounds pretty intolerant to me. I will not shop here.
