We got a great deal on a floor model dining table and buffet. We asked our designer if she was could give us a referral to a furniture refinisher with her interior design connections. She said yes because the furniture protection plan they sell would not apply to the table we purchased, as it already had scratches, so we wouldn't be able to buy it then use the insurance. After we had the items delivered and I reached out again for the referral, she gave me the 1800-number to the Guardsman protection plan company. I was expecting the recommendation for a craftsman. It made me question the design experience. Maybe that can only refer people within the Ethan Allen Family, I'm not sure. It means I don't believe I can trust them to create "custom" dining chairs. I would give a 5 for quality, but the misrepresentation makes me reduce the score.

I've had multiple deliveries to my house from Ethan Allen. The Furniture has always been delivered with such care. The Delivery men cover the bottom of their shoes and also use white gloves for fabric pieces. They used extra care just like it was their own. Thank you so much. Also thank you to Jena For helping me select some beautiful pieces of furniture for our new home.

Worst Company ever! They lie to get your business then continue to lie and tell you what you want to hear. It took me 8 months to get a three piece bedroom set. Unbelievable.........Update from his response.....More lies. I was told that everything would be delivered inside 5 months. My first piece was delivered after 5 months. It wasn't considered custom furniture either because I picked it from their showroom. I asked for black knobs but got white wooden ones after being assured I could get the metal black ones.I ended up buying my own knobs. This whole experience was a nightmare.

She helped us design and select furniture for our new home including a bedroom, dining room and family room, fabrics and area rugs. She guided us through the purchasing process and made it a smooth and fun experience. Jennifer truly cares about what you need and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with all of our choices. She comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have her as their design consultant.

My wife and I purchased a sleeper sofa for our mountain cabin. Our salesperson, Jennifer Dente, was extremely helpful. Our daughter-in-law was choosing the fabric and Jennifer was so patient as we had to take time to clear all the details via phone calls and e-mails. Jennifer went out of her way to help us set up delivery that was "off the beaten path." I would be extremely happy to work with Jennifer on any purchases I would make in the future from Ethan Allen.

The purchase of this awesome picture was for a birthday gift. Those wonderful hues of blue, my wife’s favorite. The size was substantial enough for the sitting room, plus it reminds me of her being the majestic clown-queen in charge.😊😊. I really enjoyed working with Jena , she helped design our Master Bedroom, bring some of our old world Asian pieces and blending them with new . The fabrics that she brought to the space was beautiful and blended perfectly! It was a pleasure and joy to work with Jena and Ethan Allen . Very professional. My husband and I were building a Modern Farmhouse and I was "stuck" with the lighting decisions. I had seen an Ethan Allen fixture online and wanted to see in person so I visited the Peachtree City store. That is when I met Jena and that is when my world changed! She immediately offered her design consulting services and suggested meeting me at our home to help me with a lighting plan. Not only did she select the perfect lighting she also created a beautiful interior design including sofas, chairs, rugs, tables, and window treatments. Our home is warm, inviting, and beautiful thanks to Jena's incredible gift! Our visitors know that all credit goes to her!
