Raced to the store to get there before the store closed on a Saturday- just to find that they closed 30 minutes early. Don’t trust the stated hours

The gentleman who works the desk now is great, helpful and efficient. The young lady that was there before him took my item that was a ladies small clutch bag and put it in a box that wouldve held a microwave oven ? I'm not confrontational so I didn't ask why, but perhaps there's a reason I'm not aware of that such a large box had to be used (?). I assumed the bigger the box, the higher the charge (?),

This UPS Store is located inside the Price Ringgold Drug store. As such, I would go by the drug stores hours of service. Not sure why the two are showing different hours. Used this UPS store to return a package to Amazon. The young lady was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Have visited here a couple of times and each time the service has been impeccable. Cranston, store operator/manager, literally went above and beyond to ensure that everything for my printing order was corrected even though an error took place he was not responsible for. Would undoubtedly recommend for large printing and shipping needs.
