Today I experienced a very hateful employee. I asked for help to lock my storage unit. She seemed annoyed that I asked for help. Then went on to ask if this was my first time coming to the unit. If I need help every time I'm there, it's their job to help I got a little nervous because of her attitude. "Mam put the key in", very nasty like. When I locked my unit she walked away. Never experienced that with Steve.
