Everything about the experience was fantastic. Shaun is a great salesman, not pushy at all and is willing to help no matter what. Definitely let me take the car for a fun test drive which I appreciated a lot. Even helped me set up the KIA Access app on my phone! Brandon and Tony in finance were fantastic as well. Those two (along with Shaun) bent over backwards to help get a deal done. They quite literally moved heaven and earth to make sure I got a favorable rate and a good deal that my wife and I were comfortable with. Everyone at Hawkinson Kia is super easy to work with and they actually make the car buying experience enjoyable. Aaron Carter is by far the best VIP director! he is very attentive and encouraging during the entire process he explained everything every step of the way and actually explain every deal and what would be best for our future ! We were more concerned with building credit and maintaining a certain budget and he definitely helped us with that. We walked away very happy with our deal and the service we were provided. I would definitely recommend the entire team ! They all are more focused on helping you obtain your financial goals more then just selling you a vehicle:)

Hello Joshua, To respond to your questions. As I stated in my other review, Shaun is an awesome Sales Consultant. Shaun worked very diligently to find a car that met my needs. I appreciate all the hard work and time he devoted to finding my car. It was disappointing I was not able to do business with Shaun because he earned it. What made it a no for me was the market adjustment which is a form of price gouging. I know many dealerships are participating in this practice. However, there are some dealerships staying true to their customers by not passing on market adjustment fees. I refuse to pay over four thousand dollars for what the car is valued in the Kelley Blue Book and J.D. Power. A dealership that does not participate in market adjustment was able to get my business. Thursday, I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Sonata Limited (cash purchase) without the added market adjustment. Thank you for reaching out. Oachia Irvin

I went into Hawkinson Kia on 7/10/2022 in the hopes of leaving with a brand new Kia K5 as I’ve had my eyes on it for months. I was immediately greeted by Mary. She was the absolute best. Unfortunately, due to my own circumstances, I was unable to take the vehicle home but Mary and The finance manager went above and beyond for me. They even went as far as calling my current finance company to see if they could help me get into the vehicle of my dreams. I will be returning in about a month when my situation is better financially and I’ll def be asking for Mary as my sales consultant! Thanks for all your help

Top notch dealership that made buying our Telluride the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had in 30 years. Daveed and Brandon are both genuinely nice helpful guys who helped us get us the exact car we wanted 3 weeks sooner than expected. Well done. Shout out to Tony as well, as I’ve had issues with finance guys in the past but he’s totally upfront and again, a really nice guy. Great job guys.

While the process took a little longer than I would have liked (mostly due to paperwork taking a while to arrive), the process was very straightforward and no-hassle. I recently purchased a 2022 Kia Forte GT from this place and the entire buying process was very easy and I did not feel pressured by any means! My sales associate was Shawn, and from the start he went above and beyond to make the buying process easy and I could tell that he truly cared about his customers. The only thing that was discouraging during my buying process is that the dealership rushed and put on window tint without my consent that very same day. They then charged me $500 for the tint job, which is way above market price for tinting, and refused to take it off of the bill when discussing the pricing of the car. In my opinion, additions like these should be left up to the customer, rather than the dealership just putting them on a car. Other than this, Shawn did an OUTSTANDING job and even called me back a week after my purchase to see if I had any questions regarding the new car. I would recommend him to anyone interested in getting a car from this dealership.
