I've got no interest in a women's clothing store, but I was on vacation with my daughter and that means we're going shopping. She found plenty of things for me to purchase. If you are a teen girl, then I think this would be the place for you.

They have cute comfortable stuff but they need to train the employees better on sizing. I hate going to Victoria secret to size because they take forever but ive been here twice to get sized ( ive had a kid and i breastfeed so my size changes) but both times they were so off that i gave up and went to Victoria secret to get sized and buy a bra. The first girl here told me 34c then the second told me 34b! I haven’t been a b since god knows when. Went to Victoria and got sized told me 32DD. Fit me perfectly. They need to train better.

OH MY GODDESS! I just had the best shopping experience ever with JAE. I am a transitioning female and this was my first experience buying bras/undies and I was really nervous. Her and her staff were so amazing warm and knowledgeable and gave me the best shopping experience ever. I am so grateful for all her help and wanted to give her a special shoutout for being such a boss. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated it Jae.

I could not live without this store! My bra size once severely limited me to ridiculously expensive and insanely unattractive options. Aerie saved the day and this store specifically is stellar. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help in anyway they possibly can to get you what you're looking for. Fair prices and great sales for cute and current styles. I swing in every time I'm at Oak Park.

This store has great selection of swimsuits, underwear, and bras. Thank you to the manager Bonnie, for working endlessly on getting me fitted into the perfect swimsuit for my upcoming vacation. She made me feel super comfortable and confident. I will definitely be going back!

At first, I was surprised how the employees didn't even seem to acknowledge me, but when I asked for help, they came to my rescue. I have a very unusual size, and the girl who helped me went above and beyond to help me get what I was looking for. She even threw in a free item for it being so hard to find my size. I didn't know this, but they will ship free to your house if your size isn't in the store!! Amazing! Love this place. Will definitely go back!

Enjoyed my experience at Aerie, the manager, Bonnie was very helpful. Got me fitted correctly and I was happy with the fits and styles. It did not feel overwhelming like some stores.

The staff is really friendly, but extremely talkative. If there's a sale and you just want one thing, they probably won't let up on trying to get more sales in. Pretty darn pricey, but decent quality clothing- especially bras. The style there is comfortable and on the simplistic side.

They have cute items but be careful when returning even a couple of day after the purchase with the receipt they'll need all your information. Slow service! There sizes run small. Won't be shopping here anymore.

If I could leave no stars I would. Went to this Oak Park store yesterday with my daughter and her boyfriend. While shopping my daughter had to try on a few items in the dressing room. Her boyfriend and I waited outside the dressing room Hallway. So she could step out to get our opinion on items she was trying on. Apparently, boyfriends leg and shoe was to far in the hallway for the rude manager Amy, because she rudely spoke to my daughters boyfriend telling him " you can't be back here shoeing him away like a dog telling him Get out! ". Again, I want to remind you that he WAS NOT in the dressing room, not even outside the door, we were waiting at the END OF THE HALL of the dressing room entrance. I was on a phone call and had to pause from my conversation as I was appalled by Amy's un professional behavior and could not believe this kind of behavior I was witnessing from a manager. Amy definitely needs to go to a few skill path seminars to learn how to treat PAYING customers before Aerie looses more business.
