DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought my son a couple of T-shirts but got them in the wrong size. When he opened them on Christmas he handed them right back to me and told me they were too small. I sent them back to American tall and did not hear anything for a long time. Finally I got an email that said “you washed it, you wore it” And invited me to take 10% off my next purchase. It was neither washed nor worn but my $30 was completely lost and there was no way to contact them. Don’t take a chance with American Tall!

Walked in there the other day looking for some sweatshirts and a new pair of jeans. Couldn’t find any pants in my size so I looked to an associate, Jake, for help. Right off the bat I was being looked at and treated very rudely, as if I wasn’t wanted in the store. I asked if they had anymore of a specific style in a smaller size. He said “no” and walked away. Didn’t even offer to pretend to look! Will not be shopping here again!

Won’t accept returns from Arie when the receipt says we can return to American Eagle. A simple exchange. Could of been done they refused because they “try” to keep the inventory separate at this store.

Well organized store and they carry decent amount of inventory and clothes which can fit your needs and wants if you like AE clothes.

I ordered over $350 worth of stuff online. My order came in 5 different shipments. The fit and sizing of items this year was very strange. I was informed that that’s the way they were supposed to fit (I guess it was my fault for not assuming this in advance?). I kept $100 worth of stuff. Rather than sending it back in several different shipments, I took it back to the store to return. I joked saying “Sorry, I know how much you hate returns”. The manger who checked us out said “Why didn’t you just return it online and send it back?” (not in a joking tone). Halfway through she says “Did you even keep any of your order?!”. Yes, I actually kept 7 sweaters. She then continued to make comments saying “We don’t even carry this sweater in this store”. Felt extremely unfriendly and unwelcome while checking out. Apparently my business is not appreciated here. I worked retail 3+ years and that’s not appropriate customer service. Especially from a manager. We chose not to stay and shop at this store after making our returns.

Great store for getting your hands on the most current fashion trends, for jeans, shirts/tops, and the design accessories. You can usually find great bargains on the sale racks my. And always great to find the buy one get one half price. If you are into the latest styles, this place is a must visit.

Chanel was a great help today with looking for shorts for my very tall little sister. She is only 13 and its hard to find shorts that look appropriate. Chanel found more then a few pairs that looked awesome on her. She really went above and beyond for us.

Jordan was extremely professional, friendly and helpful! She helped me find the sizes I needed, and had awesome suggestions for me when my size wasn't available. The other employee (I didn't get her name) was great with helping me exchange my online orders, and helped me get a great deal on everything. Thanks ladies!
