I purchased a Swarovski bracelet for my wife. It was a great price and the employee at the jewelry counter was helpful. Her name is Jan, and she gets a Gold Star for the attention I received. I also liked the live piano music. My first, but definitely not my last time shopping at your store.

This place is definitely geared toward older men and women. I'm 34 and had a hard time finding anything I liked. There were a few things, but not a great selection. I loved the Von Maur in Des Moines but this one was disappointing and felt really old and dated. I'd definitely suggest it for my parents or grandparents, though!

Very happy with experience yesterday. Didn’t get her name but the lady working in shoe department 04/12 around 5pm was great. Super helpful and very sweet with helping pick out shoes for our toddler. Would love to add her name to the review if I hear back from you guys.

An unusually luxurious department store given the area, but the target demographic would definitely be older more conservative gentlemen and ladies. The quality of the items is very nice compared to fabrics you might find at other places. The customer service is also fantastic, especially the ladies in the jewelry aisle as they approach you and are wonderful to be around without feeling overbearing.

Don't know why the gentleman before me had such a "scary" visit. I've moved and no longer close to a Von Maur; I can't tell u how much I miss the store & their fabulous service. The service is top notch & nobody wraps your gifts & ships them for free if you buy a gift. While clothes are pricey I spent less on clothes since they have awesome sale racks & the quality is so great they last through washings, don't fade, and last. Love Von Maur!!!

Higher end department store which is a real pleasure to shop in. There is a baby grand piano in the center and was being played beautifully during my visit. I was looking for a special formal dress and they really didn't have much of a selection. They have a section for wedding gifts and needs and I did find a couple of things for my daughter's upcoming wedding. I will return to shop here.
