Outstanding customer service!! I called the Shawnee Mission location at 4:47pm to get in for a nail in my tire and they said that since they were closing in an hour, they would NOT be able to get me in until tomorrow. I called the Metcalf location in Overland Park and they had no issues getting me in today. I am currently waiting at the OP location getting my tire fixed with no issues and with exceptional customer service! 5 🌟!

Started off rough as the tires I ordered for my wife's suv weren't in stock although online it showed them as in stock. They found another tire that I was okay with and made sure to get me in right away. They even took care of me on a rebate since the tires I ordered had a rebate, but the tires I put on did not. Hard to find good customer service in 2022, but I'll be a repeat customer at this location undoubtedly.

Great place to get your tires. We get good quality tires at decent price and warranty. The after sale service is also too good. I got 2 all season tires from them for my Nissan Altima and 3 Months later one of them went through a screw. They said that they would replace the tire for free if they can’t fix it as it had lifetime warranty. Luckily they were able to fix it in an hour.

I drove over and was attended to right away and was told the wait time. I received a text message to track progress. My car was ready 3 earlier than the promised time and then the big surprise; no charge for fixing a flat! They just get 1st dip on all my tire purchase going forward instead of Costco! Nothing against Costco just impressed!
