Beware of the drive up ATM at this location. It’s malfunctioned on me twice in the last 6 months. Yesterday it was during my cash deposit so now I’m out 100s of $ while they take at least 10 days to investigate and I get to deal with possibly overdrafts

Marcie Peterson and Jerrelyn Clement are consistently amazing. They and their team have been exceptionally helpful with our small business accounts as well as our personal accounts. The amount of time and attention they give us is rare these days. I was looking for the feel of a small town bank with the resources of a big chain and I found it.

US Bank has the worst customer service. The 1st time I tried to set up an auto pay on a vehicle loan it took me 5 months! I printed and mailed the set up form the 1st try, got a letter stating they cancelled auto pay, keep in mind it was never even set up yet. The other 4 times I went into the OP location and had 3 failed attempts. One of which I received a letter stating it was set up and it didn't process. Luckily I checked the account online and saw this, but still resulted in a late payment. Finally this was set up correctly about a year ago. I have since changed personal banks, so I am now in the process of trying to set it up again. 1st attempt has failed, I will return to the location and being trying again. Can't wait to pay the truck off so I never have to deal with this horrible business again.

I don't typically write reviews. However, I believe this location calls for one. I cannot be more pleased with the service we get from this particular location. I have been a member of US Bank for a few years. This particular location has always been very friendly and helpful. My father recently moved to Overland Park and I strongly recommended this bank for him. He was hesitant at first but ever since he met William, I'm unsure his last name, he could not be happier! William is also so friendly to help my dad. You have to understand that my father has a very strong personality, and William is so kind and can make sense of my dad. So, I just wanted to say thank you for being so great!
