Great experience! We switched from T-Mobile (after being a 20 year customer) and we’re saving $200 a month with a better plan with Verizon. Sean helped us and made the experience so easy! Highly recommend!!

We worked w/ Caleb early May to transfer my husband's work number to my family plan and upgrade both phones. We had received a text that we could get $800 toward a new Iphone 12 with trade in of our Iphone 10s. He went through the process, took our phones and said it would be all done. He moved the line but did NOT add to the family plan which we figured out only b/c we received a text that his data (should be unlimited) was about to run out. Late May, I spent an HOUR on the phone fixing the error. Fast forward to NOW I'm went to pay the bill and finding out the credit//trade in for phone upgrades was processed wrong and not applied. I spent another HOUR on the phone fixing the problem. He clearly needs retraining on how to do this job. I've been with Verizon for over 10 years and never had this type of experience. I'm only giving two stars b/c the customer service reps on the phone were kind and helpful.

We really appreciated Elizabeth She was very patient with us not too techy, two old people and helped us figure out what new phone we needed. She explained everything very thoroughly even though we asked the same questions several times. Don’t know how much she is getting paid, but she earned her money with us.

Byron D. helped us out today. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. There were several folks in the store today and he efficiently served everyone. It was amazing to watch him work-great with people and with technology. (A rare combo, indeed.) I definitely plan to come here again and will request Byron. Byron helped secure a SIM card when I struggled to get one through other Verizon channels (corporate, telesales, tech support...). My situation was unique, but I was so relieved that he was willing to help. He even helped as he was closing the store down with tremendous professionalism and eagerness to serve. ...such a refreshing experience... Look him up!

This is the best place to go for new device purchases, plan changes etc… Verizon makes it too complicated for even smart tech people. Byron, takes the stress away.
