CVS

They had an entire end cap saying CLEARANCE 75% off… but they would not honor that on anything on the endcap and the clerk was very rude about it. Didn’t even attempt to make things right. Bathrooms closed for “major plumbing issues” probably meaning they don’t want to clean them. Skip this CVS. Highly disappointed. ~Erik

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

The worst experience possible. Immediately after hooking up the old trailer to my new truck we drove 8 miles and all the lights on my dash starting coming on trailer brake, brake, and stabilitrack lights. Took the trailer right back and the location was closed. Called U-Haul and was told it must be issues with the new truck not the trailer. Took the truck and trailer directly to the closest dealership for a diagnostic and was told they couldn't clear the lights or codes as the trailer was the issue. U-Haul stated they would charge to have someone come to the location for further inspection. Do not recommend using this location for any of you4 moving needs. U-Haul refused to reimburse us and charged us for not using the trailer. Totally unacceptable!! ~Nicholas

Red Rock Rubicon Jeep Rentals Sedona

We had a blast in our Jeep from Kris at Red Rock Rubicon. The price was reasonable and Kris was super easy to communicate with. Fiona was nearly brand new and you could tell that Kris takes great care of his machines. She handled all the trails with ease and we loved having the AC instead of a hot UTV. This was a great way to see Sedona in the heat of the summer and save our legs a bit. We’ll be hitting up Kris again when we return to beautiful Sedona! ~Kim

Walgreens Pharmacy

I recently moved to Sedona, so I had my prescriptions transferred from the Walgreens in Flagstaff AZ. I wish I hadn't transferred them now. I arrived at the Sedona Walgreens to pick up my prescriptions on 9/12/22, a Monday at 10am. My prescriptions were transferred and supposed to have been ready on the Friday before as I received a text telling me they were ready, but when I got there on Monday they weren't. The lady at the drive up window assured me they would be ready at noon so I went back to work. When I returned at noon the same lady informed me my prescriptions weren't ready yet and they would be by 3pm. I went back to work and returned at 4:15 to the drive up line. I waited in line with three cars ahead of me and after almost 45 minutes they closed the curtain for the drive up line as I was pulling up. It wasn't 5pm yet, which is when they close. I went inside to tell them not only I but other people behind me were in line waiting almost just as long. They still refused to offer my any service and insisted they were closed and stopped operating at 5pm, despite the fact they were still servicing people in line inside the store. They functionally were not closed and after debating this with them they decided to look up prescription which should have been ready at 3pm and it still wasn't. The people employed at this pharmacy are clearly too inefficient and lack the knowledge to operate it to the standard of most modernized pharmacies, or just other Walgreens. It was clear they didn't want to help me if they could, but I caught them in a lie so they decided to, and even so they I still didn't get my prescriptions because of their incompetence. The staff there acts as if it's okay to give arbitrary incorrect answers to customers' questions. The pharmacist in charge there that day was completely cold and unhelpful. She told me they close at 5pm and "that's business." If I hadn't debated the legality of her still clearly being open and not giving me help like the other people in line she would have been happy with not helping me at all. Do not expect a good or friendly experience with this pharmacy. The staff is clearly not well trained. Walgreens should really consider closing this pharmacy if they can't operate with the same standard of quality as their other pharmacies. It's clear they've had these problems for a long time. ~Arial

The UPS Store

The services I get at this UPS Store is amazing. Bryan is very helpful, kind, professional to work with. I come here at least once or twice a week for shipping my items for my customers. The prices very reasonable and I do understand occasionally the prices are higher than normal for how fuel prices, weight of items or how large. This past 4/4/22 was a good explain since one of my items was over 75lbs and cost over 500 but I understand it was large and expensive piece of item. I would recommend this UPS store to anyone I know. ~Allen

Red Rock ATV Rentals

Highly recommend this! Lots of fun two middle aged men, certainly will be a lot of fun for kids. The provided a map and photo book for directions which was nice. Fair amount of driving on the road before you get to the trails but don’t let that get you down. If it is dry, def recommend gators because traffic on the dirt road. Biggest thing - don’t be an idiot, be respectful and you’ll be fine. ~Joe
